One of the best things of Karen was she always cut through the things that didn't matter like the decor and helped me find a house that had good bones in a great location and didn't have tons of reg flags when I go to sell later on. For those review who criticize her, I can't verify their claims but one of the best things about Karen is she brutally honest and won't let you buy a lemon and she knows one when she sees one. If she has ever told someone that they wont be able to find a perfect home or need to be willing to fix a things for the sought after price range, she's exactly right and I wouldn't get mad at her.
