When I had called to make the appointment I had asked if they accepted blue choice and was told yes . I was given a 4 to 5,000 price range and said absolutely not and this was because they told me their doctor wasn't in network it would have been nice to know that right away . They told me I could pay out of pocket and it would be roughly 2500 so I said okay . I made a payment out of my health savings account and then I paid the rest on a credit card. It ended up being just under 2500. The office manager signed and dated the statement for me showing that I paid in full . Months later I keep getting emails and phone calls saying there is a $17,000 balance . I have called emailed copies of my paperwork and now they went ahead without my authorization and withdrew money from my account . And, to top it off they are no longer at that location for me to resolve this . They are practicing 6 hours away now . When speaking with billing at their home office I have been told on three separate occasions that a supervisor would get back to me and that has yet to happen .
