Seems like a lot of knowledge lacking here. The Dr I saw, which is actually a PA, recommended getting my estrogen down to near zero. Now I'm not scholastically trained in HRT but have done plenty of research on the subject. Getting your E2 levels to zero would be devastating, much like if they were over say 50pg/ml. I did get the pellets placed 1yr ago and then 6 mos ago. Paid $2k ($183/mos) which after doing research after the placement, realized I had been taken advantage of. There are plenty of other Dr's and endocrinologists doing this work for us men. Please please do some homework and for gods sake, DONT use these clowns. For under $100/mos I can get better treatment with a smile and real knowledge somewhere else. I've found that somewhere else and won't be recommending this place ever again. I feel bad for and have contacted anyone I could that I had told about NuMale to do your homework. There are wayyyyyy better and more options than one might think. I'm sure they'll try to counter my post with the old, we don't have a patient with that name here. Well I'm not putting my name on this post, that makes zero sense. Buyer beware is all I'm saying. Very satisfied with my new provider and not looking back. Don't make the mistake I made 1 yr ago, if it's not right our gut usually tells us so. HRT has helped me tremendously but this crew here, they need some training on how to do it better and comfortably.

I was a little apprehensive coming into this clinic at first, but as soon I came in, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the facility looked, and how attentive and caring the staff was. I came in based on the recommendation of friends who had visited other NuMale clinics, and I'm so glad I did. I met with Dr. Asandra and he went over a comprehensive list of questions. I explained how I was feeling and he went over the possible reasons why. I'm not a fan of doctors, but I can say that he was very easy to talk to, walked me through the process, and answered all my questions. In fact, everyone working at the clinic was pretty nice, and I did not feel rushed at all to make a decision. I walked out of there feeling great and actually glad I came in. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in feeling better and feeling like they are 20 years old again. I definitely recommend making an appointment and just checking it out.

She hadn't vomited at all until we arrived, but once we got into the waiting room she threw up everywhere. Not a single staff member got up to help. I had to get up myself, ask for assistance, and ask for something to clean it up. Someone eventually came with a towel, wiped the floor, and walked away. Did not sanitize the floors chair. We waited about 30 minutes before being taken to a room. They gave her Tylenol and ran a COVID/RSV test. While she continued vomiting in the room, we were told we needed to go back out to the waiting room because they "needed the room." I questioned how it could be safe or ethical to send a vomiting child back into a crowded waiting area, exposing her and everyone else to more germs. Their response made it clear they didn't care. At that point, I decided it was better to take her home than force her to sit in a waiting room covered in vomit. As we were leaving, we saw a grown man vomiting all over the waiting room floor with no help, no vomit bag, nothing. That's the environment they expected my four‑year‑old to sit in. The lack of compassion, hygiene, and basic standard of care was shocking. The whole experience felt chaotic and dismissive--more like being told to "pull forward and wait" at a fast‑food drive‑thru than an emergency room where sick children and adults are supposed to receive care. I left extremely disappointed and concerned about the quality of care here.

I feel bad for the staff there. The techs were wonderful. I can't judge the doctors at any clinic like this. That's like wondering why you had crap care at an urgent care, it's not like the doctors who got straight A's CHOSE those places to work. Right? It's like wondering why your budget shuttle flight crashed that had Tim's luxury charters spray painted on the side of a 72 Cessna. Sometimes, you gotta take responsibility for your own care. Having said that, the new ownership at Low T is *in a loud and over annunciated voice FUC#ING AWFUL! I try not to use the word very often but this calls for it. This place is HEINOUS! They are like the dirty sanchez of hormone clinics... right after they get done screwing me in the ass, they spin me around and BWOOOOP right accross the top lip. I'm shocked you don't see like every other guy coming out of this place with massive Robert Pulzen tits. When I did labs at my new clinic my testosterone numbers were in the 100s! As in, it's a miracle on 34th street my penis didn't just jump off my body and rum away like pickle rick. At this rate, no way they will last anyway not with all the quality clinics around. They had me waiting for 2-3 days for labs, I thought that was normal. Nope, new clinic had them done in 20 min. Shot same day no run around with double labs. Same day. Trust me and shop around it won't take you long. Even if you just inquire with 2 or 3 other places. Plus I saved a lot of money too. I wish the best for the techs. The rest can kiss the darkest part of my dolphin smooth ass! And on that same topic let's just consider that one star rating my star kiss goodbye. So long, Low T may road rise to meet you and all the cars speeding along on it as well.

Unfortunately, the front desk and billing department have made the overall experience extremely difficult. Their billing process appears to involve a third-party company along with someone in-office, and the lack of coordination between them is a nightmare. Multiple accounts were created for the same charges, payments were not applied correctly, and no one seems to know where anything belongs. I have been trying to resolve this for over a year. At one point, someone from billing actually told me that "insurance companies never want to pay," which was both dismissive and inaccurate. I have never had issues with my insurance--this is the first time, and it's clearly due to billing errors on their end. I even arranged a three-way call with my insurance company and their billing department, and the issue still wasn't resolved. The insurance said that I don't have to pay anything, they need to submit the correct information. What's most frustrating is that when I call for updates, I'm often told they "can't give me information." I have no problem paying what I owe, (which in this particular case, I don't owe anything, my insurance told them I don't have to pay, they will pay) but I can't do that or my insurance when no one can clearly explain the balance or where payments were applied. It's incredibly disappointing because the medical care itself is great, but the administrative and billing side is disorganized, unhelpful, and stressful. I sincerely hope they improve this, because it detracts significantly. At this point, I'm hesitant to return because of the billing issues. I won't schedule another appointment until the balance I'm supposedly responsible for is resolved, and I've already made an appointment with another doctor. Unfortunately, the excellent doctors in this office are paying the price for poor customer service and disorganized billing.

The hospital itself is nice--just be prepared, it stays chilly all day. But I will say, once enough patients comment about the cold, the heat definitely kicks in! Lol. Checking in can be confusing. Even if you check in downstairs in either building, you still have to check in again at your respected clinic. Honestly, that feels like a waste of patients' time, especially when you already arrive 30-45 minutes early. It's not nice to the elderly either as it causes confusion. My appointments have gone well, though. Waiting between appointments isn't the most enjoyable unless you're patient or good at passing the time. All of the providers I've seen have listened and been very respectful. Dr. Downey in Pulmonary and Dr. Wienberger in Cardiology are excellent doctors. I didn't get to meet Dr. Balkissoon, who was my originally assigned pulmonary doctor--sigh. I've known Dr. Downey for over 15 years; he's a great doctor, and he rarely accepts out-of-state cases which was a treat to work with him again. Now that there are two buildings, it would really help patients if the schedule clearly listed either the "Smith Building" or the "Main Adult Clinic Building." They can abbreviate the buildings if possible on the schedule. Some of my appointments and procedures have been moved up, while others remained at the same time, but overall my experience--15 years later--has continued to be positive and meaningful.
