Chanel at the front desk gave us such a warm and friendly welcome, and the butterfly pea drink was a fun, unique treat. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with an amazing view. Comfy beds, thick luxe towels, Nespresso machine, and the ice machine has crunch pebble ice!!! I love pebble ice! The pool area was the highlight. The tropical saltwater lagoon with small tropical blue fish was really cool, and the heated pool with a waterfall and waterslide was a huge hit with my husband. lol. The hospitality team made use feel so valued during our stay. The nightly turn down service w/ aromatherapy spray, chocolates, and a light cleaning is so nice to come back to at the end of our night. The complimentary WiFi for Marriott members is always a great perk. On our second day, when we logged on and we received a prompt asking about our stay so far, we asked a question and they certainly went above and beyond and delivered. Thanks so much to management/customer relations!! The entire hospitality team, including our kind housekeeper, Steven at the restaurant, the breakfast host/servers, and staff who delivered items up to our room, all provided such wonderful service. Everyone truly made it a memorable stay! **Ooh the breakfast buffet at the restaurant is delicious! Bws is straight underneath with every shop close by. The pool is on the 5th floor which is on the smaller side but nice and heated which made it nice in the afternoon. Daily breakfast buffet was good. The usual on display but always left satisfied. Michael the concierge was excellent from when we arrived to when we left. Very attentive and helpful, He even helped us with our bags when we had to park a small distance away when first arriving. Only thing that could of been better is the parking. $17 a day and your not guaranteed a park near the lift up to the hotel. Also our 4wd was close to touching in some parts and we couldn't drive down to the sections where the roof was lower than 1.74m. Most of the parks we just fitted at 1.8m. Seemed to find a park eventually each time we left. Overall I'd stay here again and recommend it to others! Close to everything and the trams really is excellent!

She immediately became aggressive and told me to "fix my face or fuck off" . I decided it wasn't worth the hassle and ignored them and began to enjoy the show when suddenly her husband comes over to me, leans right in my face and tells me "Do you have a problem? Because I'll give a problem, cunt." He then threatens me and my family and says he can't wait follow me after the dinner and he's going to slit my throat. Obviously I was extremely distressed. I left the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to a manager but absolutely NOTHING was done! I was told I could leave ( no refund on meal that was $500 for three people) or return to my table where I felt afraid and intimidated. I returned to my table because we had paid for the evening. But I was so upset and did not enjoy my evening at all. I felt sick. Why is it ok for a man to threaten a woman at the Hilton? He should have been removed for threatening me. I asked to call the police because I wanted to pursue the situation but the Hilton asked me not to call. I agreed because I thought they would deal with this man and his family but they did nothing! In retrospect I should have called the police because what this man did was not ok! Do not stay or dine at Hilton Surfers Paradise because they will do NOTHING to protect you against aggressive people. The rooms and entire suite was spacious and clean. They provide everything for you if you want to cook. We decided to have breakfast in every day but maybe a lunch or dinner over the other days. We would be very busy visiting sights and exploring the area. Our first few nights were great. We came back to a clean suite where our beds had been made and toiletries replenished. Unfortunately, on our final night, we were in a major rush and nothing had been cleaned! We were very annoyed because we had been out all day and had to get ready quickly for our dinner reservations. Nothing feels worse than coming back to a hotel room not tidied! I called reception and they brought up towels and toiletries but asked them to clean our room after we left for dinner. They told me that the cleaning staff usually leaves at 5pm but would try to address our situation. Thankfully, they had a staff member come up with fresh towels and toiletries. This was the only drama we had and our beds were made when we returned after dinner. The pools were great! We all went for an evening swim. The location was great being right next to the beach. We went for sunrise one morning. I liked the location and the rooms were good. Since we paid for the cleaning services, I expected it and to make my host family's stay much more pleasant. If this had gone without a glitch, they would have gotten 5 stars but I couldn't. The rating is more of a low 4 star.

I don't think there's any time limit. They also have information cards about different sites you can see. There are also restrooms at the top too. If you're a fan of high observation decks, this is a nice one.
