Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate! It's all about the chocolate…read more.. Chocolate Delight run chocolate making workshops in various locations around the country. I attended the workshop in Brighton, and my gosh, what a perfect way to spend a Saturday morning. There was 11 of us in the group this morning, a perfect number to get the best out of our class. We were in the company of a chap called Alan who was a chocolate expert (my perfect man, perhaps??) who not only taught us how to make the most amazing chocolate truffles, but all so taught us a lot about the history of chocolate. There was also a chocolate fondue on the table with marshmallows for dipping (OMG!!), plus licking of bowls, spoons, hands etc was in no way discouraged, in fact it was expected! First we were shown how to make the truffle centre for our chocolates, next how to temper the chocolate for the outer shells, and finally how to add a coating such as coconut, chopped nuts or cocoa powder. The finished product were 50 beautiful, if slightly mis-shapen chocolates to take away with us. We were also shown how to package them in bags and cellophane, tied with ribbon. What a great experience and lovely gifts for friends (yeah right!) And so what if I came out with chocolate in my hair, its all part of the process...

I had the worst experience with Edward's school of motoring…read more There is a lot of reasons I do not recommend him . He was very impatient and shouted and that made me angry and it's unsafe for a learner to be angry .he would grab the wheel when unnecessary when I had full control over the car . He would always shadow the brake which is just not needed .he would cut lessons 10-15 minutes short which I still had to pay for .he didn't take me on duel carriageways for about 12 lessons when I can very ready .he would always have my driving the same quite roads and not helping me expand on my skills and making it very hard to learn anything new . He went on holiday so much I understand everyone needs holidays but it's very difficult to learn when he's always on holiday . He changed his car 4 weeks before my test and then when on holiday 2 weeks before my test and told me to cancel my test very short notice or take it in someone else's car which I did .i did 35 hours of driving and he still didn't get me test ready STAY AWAY FROM EDWARDS SCHOOL OF MOTORING SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE THAT HAS YOUR BEST INTEREST IN HEART AND NOT JUST IN IT FOR THE MONEY
