It's very dirty looking and hectic inside, like it's a front. Does not look like a real doctors office.

I'm satisfied with the care I received at Sure Medical Care, although, the waiting time is a bit longer at times.

You can be on Queens Blvd then turn into this huge circular parking lot. When you enter the building there's a door man and you have to sign your name. The doorman was very respectful and kind. He wasn't just some lame doorman who sat behind a desk. The office is up 4 steps leading to their office. The inside is very clean with awesome pistachio green seats. They constantly have NY1 playing on their two flat screen TVs. The heat in the office was blasting it was a little hot in here. They do have a water fountain which helped. The receptionists were extremely nice and welcoming. The second I walked in they greeted me like I've been coming here for years. I should note it wasn't even for my appointment. They were nice even tho the person that was with me didn't have their insurance card. They allowed him send his information via e-mail right on the spot. Like every doctors appointment you fill out basic information and once your done the doctor sees you within five minutes. I should note this was a Saturday appointment too! Its rare to have such great service on a Saturday. I definitely recommend this place if you need to see a doctor on the weekend. It doesn't get any better than this.

The food is really good too and they give you options for you to choose from. You and your partner both get a celebratory dinner together. We had steak and it was delicious with a bottle of sparkling cider. Private rooms are guaranteed but I was lucky enough to get one. The nurses are wonderful too but mainly depends who's working those shifts. My doctor told me I could ask a nurse to take my baby to the nursery if I needed to rest. I asked a nurse if she could take the baby to the nursery so I could shower and she said "leave the bassinet outside the bathroom with the door open. No one is here and I'm right outside". That I didn't think was safe. I kept checking on the baby so couldn't really shower in peace and almost slipped because I kept going out to check.

I've been suffering from awful gastro problems. I dont know if it's being home with covid lock…read moredowns for so long or what, but my other co-workers have complained to me about something similar and we are all in our 20-40's. Really young for this to be happening. I reluctuntly went to Dr. Wallace cause I can't stand it anymore. He suggested I get a double endoscopy, which sounds terrifying to me. But because I hear his concerns and it will rule out potentially worst possibilities, I got the double endoscopy, everything went smoothly, he was gentle, caring, I woke up saying when are we starting and it was done already. Double endoscopy should be the only way to go, instead of breaking it up into two procedures. Honestly, Dr. Wallace is patient, he does not over book his office, he takes the time time to explain, listen and ask you questions that I obviously did not even think about. He offers you his opinions on how to proceed and I feel i can geniunely trust him. After a year of suffering, I feel pretty good now. I really like the fact that his waiting room takes covid seriously. He does not over-book which, so many doctors do and it's very off-putting, it shows the patient that the doctor prioritizes caring for their patients over profit. Kudos to Dr. Wallace, young, knowledgeable, caring and genuine. And PA Lena was great too. Billing- they charged me more cause i did not meet my deductible, and after my double endoscopy, I ended up owing them money, I ended up walking to the office to settle my bill. They applied my refund due to my outstanding bill, highly ethical billing, no nickel and diming, no charging stupid credit card fees. The front staff was very patient and researched what happened and I was able to settle my balance same day! The front staff ladies are also the nicest gals in a medical office. They seem to really like their job, Dr Wallace must be a good boss. I would never hesitate to introduce others to go, which I've been trying to push my husband for a visit. Thanks Dr. Wallace for restoring my faith in doctors.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUSLY poor customer service, crappy facilities, and rude front desk female…read morereceptionists. Came to keep my elderly mom company. First of all they've got the hazard boxes right by the entrance and one was open. Second the area was dirty. I went to find parking so my mom went in first to check in. Came in and sat next to her in the lobby, and she asked me to go make the co-payment. WHY DO THEY ONLY ACCEPT CASH?? What sort of shadiness is this est engaged in? I went to the desk, hi, who do I make a payment to? The female on the left just stares at me blankly chewing. I look at the one on the right who finally is like, do you have an appointment? I didn't say anything but I'm like, we are literally seated ten feet in front of your face, did you not see I'm talking to my mom? Anyway so I'm like I'm making a payment on her behalf. She silently takes the money and writes a receipt. Meanwhile the one on the left just keeps staring at me while eating with cream cheese on her chin. Then my mom (she came for a colonoscopy) asks whether there is a bathroom inside the procedure area or she has to use the public one in the lobby. Again a blank stare from the woman on the left. The one on the right then says yes you have to use this one. You're telling me, in a BUSY location, they have ONE bathroom that EVERYONE has to use including patients that obviously if you know anything about colonoscopies, will have to use the bathroom. Added to that there is literally NO sound proofing so whatever you do in there people will hear (heard explosions from like three patients while waiting). Btw finally heard the female on the left speak, it was to YELL at an older man who was hard of hearing and possibly with ESL, WHAT IS YOUR NAMMME!!! Look we all have bad days, but the stank attitude is unnecessary, especially in healthcare. People are worried abt their health and now have to deal with this? Then they say no phones, but the TV isn't on either. Am I supposed to sit here and meditate? Meanwhile Spanish music is playing loudly. Now I'm Latina and love my music, but please, 8am in the morning while trying to comfort my mom? Last thing I'm in the mood for is ppl singing along to bachata complimented by the occasional fart sounds coming from the bathroom, save the Elvis Martinez and Karol G for your headphones.

Which made me feel uncomfortable. I had my first colonoscopy scheduled and was already anxious about the procedure and even though I was planning to do the procedure with Dr Schnall. I decided the day before not to do it . I left a message at the center as it was the weekend and call the morning as soon as I could to let them know , also that last conversation with Dr Schnall did stick out in my mind when I made my decision. The doctor patient relationship should be based on more than the financial benefit to the doctor. Later that day His front desk staff called me to tell me I will be charge 50 dollars for the last minute cancellation I had no problem with them charging -$50 which is understandable I did not dispute the fee. I told her my reasons for canceling in a calm way, But she started talking to me very rudely about it and proceeded to reprimand me on the inconvenience I caused to Dr Schnall and his team . it's my body and I have a right to change my mind , and to feel comfortable with my doctor and confident in my doctor /patient relationship, especially with a procedure like this. Patients have rights, and she does not seem to respect patients. She ended the phone call yelling at me which reaffirmed to me I made the right decision, people like this who have no empathy towards patients are in the wrong business.

I experienced constant abdominal pains and VERY serious symptoms each time I used the bathroom (I'll leave it at that). Marfatia said it was hemorrhoids. I kept going back telling him that nothing that he was treating me with was working and the symptoms were only getting worse and more nasty. He refused to give me a colonoscopy bc at the time I was around 22 and he said I was too young and it wasn't necessary. This went on for a whole year. After A WHOLE YEAR of constant pain and bloody stool he gave me a colonoscopy to find that I have ulcerative colitis. That was the last time I went to that office.
