Very poor service, had a conservatory built, and had nothing but problems from day 1, first the footprint was a smaller than planned, when I complained Mike took an attitude to me, we eventually agreed some money off the price. The fascia was supposed to be replaced but the fitter gave me a story of how my felt wasn't very good so he couldn't do it. Again i complained to mike who again had an attitude, he asked me to pay for the work already completed when he was only 2/3rds of the way through the job, I decided enough was enough with mike and asked him to leave my property. I spoke with the owner who was helpful and sent out a different fitter who finished the job off for me. Then for 18 months we had various different fitters out from this company to fix the leaking conservatory roof. Also the lady on reception was extremely unhelpful when i complained about this and swore at me down the phone. We've used Supreme for the past 15 years, having moved house 3 times in that period. The service and quality have always been A1, at a fair price. Our most recent job with them was for a complete re-glaze of a substantial property including brand new conservatory.
