She mumbled, interrupted me multiple times, and offered no real help. It's evident she lacks even the most basic customer service skills. I would strongly advise against doing business with this company. I also had the unfortunate experience of speaking with Komothy from the Administrative Department, who falsely claimed to be a manager after I specifically requested to speak with one. She raised her voice during the call and eventually hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. If i could give this company zero stars, I would. I mean, who yells at customers? Regardless of the situation, you NEVER yell at customers, give them attitude, etc.
