Their knowledge of real estate runs deep. On our first sale I had a lengthy list of items I thought needed to be changed about our house before we could list the home. Shelley came in for an evaluation and helped me sort out the must-do items that buyers would be interested in. In a hot market our house sold within 24 hours of listing for full asking price - which was higher than I ever thought we could get. When we sold our second house I knew we needed to use Shelley. The housing market had cooled some, but with proper marketing and dogged determination Shelley quickly moved the property. Both buying processes went just as well. Shelley listened to our needs and, now twice, has found us the perfect home. She is an aggressive negotiator and worked hard on our behalf to make sure we paid the right price for our new home.
