None of which followed through with anything. Never returned calls and when they did call to set up appointments, they either didn't show, or showed up promising an estimate, never to be seen or heard from again. Luke, the owner, went above and beyond my expectations. My first call, I was called back almost instantly. He came when he said he would ON TIME!! He set dates , which unfortunately had to be changed 3 times. (Rain) But.... He texted, emailed or called. There was total communication from the very beginning. I can't tell you how refreshing it was to deal with someone who has work ethics. Who actually cares about the client. Before and after pictures will follow soon. Waiting for things to settle and grow. Thank you Luke!!

They were courteous and did all they could do to get the job done in one visit. What I learned is that I should have broken the work up instead of expecting everything to be done well in one visit. Moving quickly, four bushes were removed that shouldn't have been, the grass is still overgrown (but better) and clean up was still needed. There was just no time and they had already worked a full day. Daquan said they would make up for it by giving me a free cut in the future so we'll see. Overall, good for removal and hard yard work.
