He was so patient and helpful. I was having issues with closing and he was able to work with me. When I did close, I had to get painters in to paint my entire condo prior to getting the carpeting down (3 bedrooms)and I had two days to move my furnishings into my condo. Roger came in that morning, making sure the carpeting was down and the job complete (saving me some money in the process because the padding there was still in good condition) prior to the movers arriving in the afternoon. He really took care of everything, working under my pressure, since I could not be in two places at one time. The carpet he helped me decide to buy is perfect. It's middle of their line but truly an wonderful pile. It does not have toxic chemicals and is considered "green" which is recyclable. GREAT JOB ROGER!!

Our dilemma was that our newly built for us 6 year old home with porcelain tile had suffered some settlement cracks, which also cracked our floor tiles. After being shown our options and Joel making some great suggestions, we settled on a beautiful new style laminate flooring. The crew that was sent to our home for the flooring install was led by a gentleman named Jeremy who was awesome and took great pride in his work. They worked very clean and meticulously, as if it were their home they were putting flooring down in. We can not possibly explain just how happy and pleased we are with the entire process. From beginning to end, the people at Flooring Plus especially Joel McGalliard went on and above to make certain that we received exactly what we wanted. We weren't aware we needed one and there was a sign posted that said walk ins welcome. He left us to wander the store on our own and didn't come over to ask if we had questions or pay us any attention at all really. We asked to take home a couple of samples. He gave us a business card. After a few days, I contacted him to set up a measurement appointment. He came out and did the measurements and said he'd get back to me the next day with a quote. I waited, but didn't receive the email he'd said he would send. A day or so later, I missed a call from him while working. I returned his call that afternoon, but got no response. I tried twice the next day with no results. I decided to wait until today while I wasn't working to try once more. I left voicemails every time I called. I left one this morning and got no response by their closing time today. I'm through trying to give them any business. There are too many other places to go where I would hope we'd be treated in a more considerate manner.

They even moved the furniture for us! (Please keep in mind we still had to prepare by removing all the small personal belongings) but they moved the heavy stuff! The managers even came out to make sure the correct flooring had been delivered and supervised the guys getting started! They completed a large living room, dining room & large Master bedroom in two days! Wow! Planning to do the guest rooms down the road and you can bet I'm calling these guys!

We discussed options and I felt if he is a merchant for Costco then I felt confident to use his business Door to Door Kitchen's and Floors. We already had engineered hardwood floors throughout our house ( bedrooms were carpeted) and wanted the bedroom floor's to match the other wood floors. Of course, our wood floors were discontinued but Kevin was able to check with his Shaw rep and had sample's sent immediately. Kevin came to our house several times and we agreed that one of the samples was almost an exact match. Kevin was so easy to work with and always answered any question or doubt immediately. He had samples sent to the house or he stopped by with them as well. He explained about Shaw Custom Flooring through the Custom Home Improvement Installed Products Program worked. We had a sizable shop card sent after payment of floors were completed, once floors were done! It was a seamless experience. Kevin's installer Rick did a fabulous job of installation. I realize it's not a big job, but if they could help me with that - who knows where it could lead to. At first the gal at the front desk was very helpful along with Gary. Long story short, waited to hear from them after about 3 weeks - nothing. So I called and spoke with the gal at the front desk (sorry can't remember her name). She remembered they were going to get a sample, couldn't find it - was going to call me back. Well here we are - no call, not even a "we are checking on it", etc. So obviously I will have to find someone else to help - they have lost any future business and/or referrals from me. I know it wasn't a big job but obviously there is no customer care there anyway. Their loss!
