I am very grateful to have met her. She provides value in ways that very few people in my life have been able to. Basically I was struggling to make positive decisions in my life. I wasn't making healthy choices when finally I realized that I couldn't turn my life around on my own. She provided concrete ways in which I could better myself and convinced me that there is a better way to live. I have no idea what I would have done without her help. I highly recommend Rachel as a life coach to others struggling to make better decisions and find their way in life. Even if you think you have it all together. Her insight is valuable and she can help coach you to make better choices and surround with others like her that will get your life moving in the right direction or even take your life to the next level.

I would definitely recommend everyone to give her business a try.

But Amy can help you see that, and she can then give you guidance and the tools to fix, adjust to or change whatever it is you're going through. Amy is honest and sometimes plainspoken, but she's also compassionate. She won't sugar coat things for you, but she won't brow beat you either. From personal experience, I know that some talk therapists can fall into the trap of saying your problems are everyone's fault but your own or that they're all completely your fault, neither of which is truly helpful. One of my favorite things about working with Amy is that she is more of a motivator or coach than anything else. She's very much aware that your physical well-being is directly connected to your mental and emotional well-being, and she's always suggesting physical things--like running, biking, swimming, or even a leisurely walk--that will ultimately help your mental and emotional state. And she's always in favor of making a solid plan. "What do you want to change? What do you want to achieve? What does that look like in your life? Then how do you get to that point?" These are some of the questions Amy will ask of you, and if you're willing to do the work, she'll help guide you through the steps necessary to answer them. Another thing I like about Amy is that she doesn't suggest prescription medication as a knee-jerk reaction for treatment. Prescription medication can be and often is a necessary aspect of therapy for many, many people, and Amy has said that herself, but she also prefers to seek out a non-prescription route for treatment first. I have and will continue to suggest to anyone looking for a good talk therapist to reach out to Amy Wohl and tell her a bit about yourself.

Rebeccas strong intuition is evident, and she has shown me the importance of finding and listening to my own intuition. I was discovering my empathic and sensitive nature and was gravitating towards holistic healing methods. I felt like an outsider within traditional recovery and I was failing at sobriety. A healer I work with suggested I meet Rebecca.  I read Rebecca's bio and started crying. It was as if I was reading my own story and that I wasn't alone. With Rebecca I instantly felt the presence of compassion and healing. She's got a ton of street cred, life experience, and self-healing practices to share with others. I felt as if Rebecca was more than a healer, but a mentor. I've worked with Rebecca for over 6 months and continue to do so working with her on coaching, energy work, and most recently her Self-Healing Mentorship program. I find that Rebecca makes spiritual, energetic, and healing principles easy to understand and relatable. As my healing journey progresses and changes, Rebecca has helped me navigate, which is my favorite part of working with her. She knows healing is personal and intuitive and that needs for each client will be different. Working with her, I feel empowered to make choices about what healing practices work best for me and which don't. Through her Mentorship program, I was given a variety of practical and simple self-care practices I can carry with me through life.  She guides clients back to their own intuition and having compassion for one's healing journey. She's also really funny! Because of that, my healing journey has been fun and uplifting, so I want to keep up self-care practices. I am grateful to Rebecca for being a beacon of light for myself and others. I highly recommend Rebecca - it is a privilege and joy to work with her. - Ryan
