Barber completely disregarded what I had asked for and continued to chop all my hair off to the point of no return. I did not pay and I will never be back. We have a mixed family and this was our first experience in Salisbury to make us feel not just unwelcomed but turned discriminated against and prejudiced. My son is only 2, mixed family or not he should not be brought to a professional establishment and made to feel patronized by professionals. I'm a women of color and that was really disappointing to have my family experience. We're in 2025, the world is already a terrifying place, I'm not sure why this establishment and it's employees would bring such hate into this world where it already exists. I'd like to add that I called in advance to ask if they expect walk in, if your looking for hospitalality met with the upmost professionals.. this is not the establishment for you.

I was feeling good already when I walked in, just having finished an awesome lunch across the street at Mambo's, but my mood improved a notch further as soon as I sat down. Everybody is chattering away, the customers getting "made sexy" and the stylists trying to make some decisions about lunch. Honestly, I don't have much to add to my previous review...The new girl Ashley took care of my hair, and did a great job. I always get a scissor cut (not a fan of buzz cuts) and some barbers just don't seem to get it quite right...her's was spot-on. If I find myself needing to come this way again in another two years, I think I'll hold off on my haircut just for the excuse to stop in...really a fun change of pace from the work-a-day office life.
