Do not get me…read morewrong Tom is a great experienced Barber but, this is the issue that I have always had with the place its just TOM! So some times the hours change from one week to the next and I have been by several times when he is at lunch. BUT......things have changed for the GOOD!!! Another chair was added and a very experienced stylist was brought in! Happy Day!! Chrystal ( how she spells her name ) Cretin was trained at one of those fancy places a Place run by a guy named Paul Mitchell I think he has a shampoo or something so you know he has to know what he is doing... So now she cuts hair and can color it any way you want and the whole family can come in, no more of that ladies, girls you have to go somewhere else!! And.... right now till the word gets out and there is a line at the door no appointments Tom still has his fish on the wall I guess deer heads would take up to much room but, Chrystal has added her touch to the place . So all you guys that where going in talking about fishing and Hunting while you wait will have to talk to women now ! Hey that might not be a bad thing after all!!! Tom why did this take so long???

Thank goodness for Andrea Smith and Hair Associates! How good are they? I live in Cary, NC and drive almost 2.5 hours to have my hair done here. Yes...out of all the salons in Raleigh, Durham, Cary, and Chapel Hill, I drive all the way down to Salisbury. The stylists here are amazing. They frequently go to hair shows and stay on top of the latest cuts and color. They are professional and friendly, and the best way I can describe the atmosphere of the shop itself is down-to-earth. You get top-notch service at more than reasonable prices and it's like hanging with friends. They also sell a wide range of hair products, make up, and funky accessories, so it's like a mini-shopping trip every time you go. Awesome!

I sit in the waiting area for about 8 minutes. Another customer came in and sit down. Finally an employee came over and said are either of you "Julie"? The other lady got up and went with her. Still no one has even acknowledged that I was there!. A little later another lady came and helped me. Ignoring anyone in your place of business is disrespectful and shows no motivation to get and retain clients. Also it shows no manners. This experience just makes me wonder WHY would any business owner tolerate this. I guess they have all the business they need there. The lady who helped me was very nice and she was not one of the original 5 employees. I will not darken their door again.
