I received a credit for this order as well, but the experience was very disappointing. I know Whole Foods in Glastonbury can deliver these cakes in excellent condition--I received one last July, and it was perfect. This time, the cake arrived in a flimsy box, which may have contributed to the damage. I appreciate the credits issued, but the quality and reliability of this order were far below expectations.
