The guy said they don't do refunds or exchanges on products sold at discount and then justified it by saying it's not illegal to sell products 7 months expired. It's not illegal but it's definitely not right! He said I should have checked the expiration date before I bought it. Y'all shouldn't be selling things 7 months past expiration date to begin with! So when I did ask a question, they countered with yet another question for my question. Two people tried to sell me their membership after I'd already said no. They also have deceptive pricing so be careful ! What you see on the shelf labels is NOT the price you actually pay (much higher) . The shelf price only applies if you buy a membership. They don't tell you this until AFTER your credit card has been swiped in the machine. I didn't feel they'd be helpful about a refund or to cancel the order so I chalked it up as a lesson learned. Also, if you say no to their membership, they pretty much go back to what they were doing. One guy seemed almost scared of me, another never cracked a smile and the only woman in the place really didn't seem interested in you if you told her no to a membership and/or to check out the women's vitamins. I made my purchase but I won't be going back.

The guy at the counter was clearly high, which made talking to him almost impossible. I told him that I was new to CBD but had pain so wanted to try it out. He then tried to coerce me into taking a sample in sublingual form. I told him that I didn't know how my body was gonna react to that so wanted to wait until I got home. He proceeded to tell me that I should just take it there cuz no one has ever had a bad reaction. I told him no AGAIN, that I know my body & I am one of those rare people who can have a bad reaction to anything. As I was TRYING to talk to him & get my questions answered, he kept walking away from the counter & talking to other people or was distracted by other things. I never got all my questions answered. He FINALLY gave me a sample to take home w/ me. Not only did that not help AT ALL w/ my pain but it sedated me, so it was a good thing I hadn't tried it there, cuz I would have been driving when that happened. That place is a joke & their products are WAAAAAAAAAY over priced anyway.
