On our second visit, the staff was much more attentive and kind, helping us receive the proper discount without unnecessary requests for documents. The chocolates are excellent, though prices are slightly higher than in other branches. Overall, this branch offers a better balance of service and quality compared to other branches, like those in Bariloche, where service can be rushed, chaotic, or even dismissive. I give this branch 4 stars, as the experience is positive and the staff genuinely tried to help.
Visitamos Mamuschka en Buenos Aires varias veces. La primera visita fue confusa y algo decepcionante: mi padre, que habla español con fluidez, intentó ayudarme, mientras que yo no, y no nos informaron sobre el descuento para turistas. En nuestra segunda visita, el personal fue mucho más atento y amable, ayudándonos a recibir el descuento correcto sin solicitudes innecesarias de documentos. Los chocolates son excelentes, aunque los precios son un poco más altos que en otras sucursales. En general, esta sucursal ofrece un mejor equilibrio entre servicio y calidad en comparación con otras sucursales, como las de Bariloche, donde el servicio puede ser apresurado, caótico o incluso descortés. Le doy a esta sucursal 4 estrellas, ya que la experiencia es positiva y el personal realmente intentó ayudarnos.
