They told me they had drop off available so I came before class. However, they meant they'll drop you off on your car. I didn't feel comfortable with that. Not only did True Auto immediately get us an appointment for our brief stay in Cape over the holidays, but our van honestly looks better than when we bought it. Also did not have cameras. Was told that was not part of agreed upon quote (my fault my quote was verbal not written). Bluetooth never worked, radio didn't work. Total waste of money. They finally agreed months later to fix it. Replaced radio. I paid the extra and had cameras installed. This time my detailed, garage kept yellow corvette came home covered in linex overspray. They absolutely refused to accept any responsibility. They have never been anything but rude and condensending. Never will I use them or reccomend them to anyone. Liars and cheats. I called Cape Glass and they told me ti bring it by to evaluate. 30 minutes later they had the problem solved, I got to wait in the nice lounge, and they were extremely friendly throughout the entire process. I can't say enough good things about them, fantastic business.
