In June I asked to book me consecutive weekly lessons and they said that's only possible if I pay for block of sessions in advance. So paid for 20hr. But after the first lesson the instructor , Mr Kamlesh kept changing / cancelling my lessons almost 45minutes before each lesson! Every time I called Red and explained the situation the agents either were rude or unhelpful and kept giving me false promises. Eventually, they offered me another instructor who exactly started doing the same thing after the first lesson. Because they never managed to give me the lessons consecutively I had to push my test date further 3 times! Since June to September they have delivered only 13 hours instead of 45 hours!! I regret paying for this service.

I hadn't driven in almost 15 years and had to relearn from scratch. Despite being very anxious, I trusted Nigel completely from the minute I got in the car. I don't think many people could have got me to the point where I'm now confidently and happily driving on my own with my young son in the car, and where I now look forward to driving. I am so grateful for his years of experience and calm instruction and can't thank him enough.

When he finally showed up 15 minutes late, he told me he was cutting 30 minutes from our lesson. When I explained that I had been trying to contact him to resolve an issue, he told me he didn't care and it was "my problem." When I complained to the company, they refused to help, saying they have no control over their drivers and don't verify who they hire. I absolutely do not recommend this school.

I started learning to drive on my birthday in December and passed last week first time…read more Initially, I was a nervous wreck and it took me a while to get to grips with the basics but my driving instructor leo, was patient with me. leo was also chatty and friendly helping me feel at ease, especially when i drove down new roads for the first time.
