The quote was for $4,700 dated January 17, 2023. When speaking with the lady from the office on the phone on Monday, I let her know what Kevin quoted while he was there and let her know that it couldn't have been my quote because he surely didn't come out on January 17th, he came out on the 23rd. She proceeded to have an attitude with me and said she would have Kevin call me. I had Kevin's number from when he came out in January, so I called and he said he would be out same day (Monday). He never showed, no phone call. The office called me the next morning and the same lady told me that I was scheduled for that Thursday (March 9th) from 9-5. Kevin was a no show again.
