I called in at 10 30, "I will check on them", at noon, "I will check on them, they are supposed to be there", duhhhh. Finally, the digger shows up, he has no clue where the shelter is, but he digs the hole, and the shelter shows up a bit later. A 2-hour job consumed my entire day. So this is just a sales yard, the installers work for the shelter manufacturer and install for many retailers. As for the shelter-they have cheapened. What used to be a rotating turbine vent is now a fixed, passive vent. And the door handle, which previously was of a very nice, sturdy, easy to open design, is now a cheap RV lock, and NOT as PICTURED on their website, I want the heavier handle like another reviewer indicated. If you can't get the handle as pictured, you NOTIFY the customer ahead of time, don't just send it out and hope for the best......Len was of no help after the sale was made.

The gentlemen working could tell you exactly what type of material the rug was made from - the different between the different types and everything they were very knowledgeable. They even delivered the rug to me to my home. I would definitely purchase from them again! I do wish i picked out a different color it's amazing how lighting changes everything but it does look very pretty in my home. The manager, Saeid, was over the top nice and they really do help you in anyway they can.
