Sam went out of his way to help me install my headlight and it was not easy. He got a bunch of tools out and helped me install it when it was very cold out. In the beginning it looked like we weren't gonna be able to get it in and I had thrown in the towel and was ready to go to a mechanic. Sam went the extra mile and got that thing installed for me. I was extremely impressed. I will no doubt be coming back to this location and bring all of the fleet vehicles associated with my business here. This was exemplary customer service! Thank you Sam!

I had the brakes inspected by 2 other local shops, before calling Drake. Both shops told me I needed new brakes and rotors, quoting me around $500. Drake's pricing was less than the others but once the technician looked over everything, I received a phone call telling me that I did NOT need new brakes and rotors. It was actually a brake fluid issue, which they took care of. It cost me $39 total vs $500 other shops were more than happy to charge me. Their employees work ethics is commendable. Their honesty and not trying to take advantage of a customer is unfortunately not common practice today. They have my future business and recommendation!
