More 1 Jeanette Rodriguez 1 review 3 months ago Hello my name is JUDITH KRISTA LEE WOFFORD. I HAVE NOT PERSONALLY DEALT WITH THESE PEOPLE IN PERSON BUT ONLY OVER THE PHONE. I FILED A STOLEN CAR REPORT BACK IN APRIL OF 2022. SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR THE VECHILE, I HAD REASON TO BELIEVE THAT THE VECHILE WOULD HAVE BEEN PROFITABLE FOR SOMEONE WHO WANTED TO MAKE A FAST DOLLAR RATHER THEN TAKE IT TO THE SCRAPYARD WHENEVER IT WAS STOLEN ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. SO I NEVER GAVE UP LOOKING FOR IT . AFTER A LONG TIME OF PASSING IT SEEMED AS IF THE HOPES OF EVER FINDING MY CAR WAS BECOMING LESS AND LESS. HOWEVER, MOST OF THE TIME IF U LOOK HARD ENOUGH THERES ALWAYS A PAPER TRAIL EVEN WHEN ONE DOESNT SEEM TO EXIST SO OVER TIME IF YOU HAVE PATIENCE THEN U WILL EVENTUALLY FIND WHAT HE OR SHE IS LOOKING FOR. SO AFTER THREE YEARS OF GATHERED INFORMATION, TURNS OUT THE INTERNET IS A WONDERFUL THING BECAUSE ITS HARD TO KEEP SECRETS FROM BEING EXPOSED ON THE INTERNET ESPECIALLY GOOGLE SEARCH. SO ABOUT TWO WEEKS AGO I DID A GOOGLE SEARCH ON A 2001 WHITE FORD EXPLORER WITH A V8 ENGINE. NOW FINDING EXPLORERS THAT LATE IN MODEL WITH A V8 MATCHING THAT EXACT COLOR WHITE AND FOUR DOOR AND NO FOOT RAILS I WAS THINKING IT WOULD NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE BUT ACTUALLY ALL IT TOOK FOR ME TO FIND THIS AUTO PLACE AND THE EXACT CAR I WAS LOOKING FOR WAS TO HIT ENTER. ONCE I DID THAT IT LEAD ME STRAIGHT TO TOMMYS WHOLE SALE AUTO SALE AND TO THE WHEREABOUTS OF MY STOLEN. CAR. NOW ONCE I FIGURED OUT THE CAR WAS MINE I CALLED THE SHEREVPORT POLICE TO GO RECOVER MY VECHILE . But they informed me that the owner was being uncorporative to the police and would not let them search the property so rather or not the owner knows he is selling stolen cars for his own personal gain is unknown at this time but I would say that is a red flag if he nothing to hide then there wouldn't have been a dilemma for the cops to search the property. So after the incident with the police and the owner I saw on the website that the price for the 2001 Ford explorer XLT was lowered down to 700 cash as is from its original price of 2900 cash as is . Thats quit a dramatic price difference if u ask me for whatever the reason is unknown . As I am in Texas and the 2001 Ford explorer was on Tommy's wholesale auto place in sherevort Louisiana. Im a single woman trying to work hard just trying to get better then I was yesterday and stay in her own lane expect when people give me reason to be in there lane . Unfortunately, when I called on January 30 the sales guy Adrian said it was sold already. So I hung up the phone but then sitting there was I called back and told the sales guy who I was my name is Judith Krista lee wofford, I'm the owner of that 2001 Ford explorer XLT, I have been looking for it for three years now and I finally found it at Tommy's wholesale auto sales so it wouldn't surprise me if whoever bought the SUV has a hard time being able to obtain a copy for the SUV since it being that it is stolen. The other reviews don't sound like they have had good experiences with this place. So hopes on getting that title is probably slim to none. Any way I would have been done there to claim the VECHILE but being

I usually try to give companies the benefit of the doubt, but my experience with Enterprise Car…read moreSales was so dishonest that I feel the need to speak out. I was approved for a 2019 Chevy Malibu. They ran my credit specifically for that vehicle, confirmed its availability over the phone, and kept it listed on their website like it was ready to sell. But when I arrived at the dealership, everything changed. The sales rep told me the Malibu was no good--that it was "trash" and would not be sold to me. I was never offered the option to wait on repairs or to purchase it later. I was simply told it was off the table, and I was then shown other vehicles instead. Only two people were in the room during this conversation: me and my significant other, who clearly remembers exactly what was said. Yet, Enterprise later sent a letter to the state claiming I was offered the opportunity to wait on the vehicle--a complete lie. I asked what was wrong with the car and was told the sales rep didn't know, only that Enterprise wouldn't sell a car unless it was in top condition. That sounded good in theory, but in practice, they ran my credit, falsely advertised a vehicle, and then pulled a bait-and-switch. Even now, they're trying to rewrite the facts. I submitted my evidence--including communication, screenshots, and witness testimony--to the state. But Enterprise continues to dodge accountability by giving misleading responses and falsifying their version of events. I've tried to get legal help, but it's been difficult to find an attorney to take on what is clearly a case of consumer fraud and misrepresentation. If you're thinking of buying from Enterprise Car Sales, please be careful. Record your conversations. Get everything in writing. Don't assume they're being honest--because in my case, they weren't.

Test drove a used vehicle being run on "special". Fell in love with it and put a deposit on it…read more When I got home from work that day I submitted a credit application online as requested. Got a call saying car was too old to finance...only a few companies would offer financing and that the interest rate would be high. Surely they (as car dealers) would have known this...why not tell me so UP FRONT instead of "pinging" my credit and causing my credit score to go down? Salesperson then tried to up-sell me to newer (more expensive) vehicle. I don't know...but felt like a classic "bait and switch" to me. Doubt I will ever go back there unless I have cash in hand to buy a vehicle. By the way...the vehicle was priced $1200 over N.A.D.A. (J.D.Powers) value. So before you buy ANY vehicle ANYWHERE...know its value! You can find this out by searching online...in the search bar put in "nada" followed by the year, make, and model of the vehicle you're looking at. Then click on the NADA links shown for your vehicle. It will show you "trade in" and "retail" values of the vehicle you're interested in. Its also a good idea to do a "search" by typing in "car complaints" followed by the year, make and model of the vehicle you're interested in. The Car Complaints website will show you a detailed list of problems with that vehicle and it even shows the best and worst years for that particular make and model. Good luck.
