I immediately heard back from Mrs. Ebony who was courteous & more than accommodating knowing this was my elderly parent's only means of transportation to routine appointments. They advised they're a Mobile detailer so they would go to my dad. I was told a very reasonable price and multiple forms of convenient payment options. Mrs. Ebony kept constant communication and updates through letting me know Mr. Charlie was on the way the next day. Mr. Charlie called me when he arrived and when he had left. Mr. Charlie worked very very hard on my dad's car and was very nice as well. My dad was so excited he said his car looked beautiful and brand new!!! He FaceTimed me to show me his whole car inside & out! It truly was amazing. So beautiful and shining inside and out! He even removed the vents to clean inside. Beautiful shampoo job. They did an incredibly thorough job- more than I could have ever done myself, to help me prepare to cart around my newborn during COVID times. They brought everything they needed to clean my car- just used my external power outlet and water supply (but they have a generator and I think they can even bring the water if needed). They are extremely experienced and just all around nice people. I will go with them again in the future if I need to have a car detailed.
