Bad business practices. Phones don't work. Schedule service without asking for it. Don't answer…read moreemail. Poor billing practices. Hard to believe they have same owner as Keller Lawn service.

Wanted to try a company who was local and NOT a large national chain. Salesman Clinton met with me…read moreand we discussed the issues with my yard which was spurge. He advised me it would take a couple applications to help get rid of it and for me to start seeing it go away. They also had a deal in the mailer I received (Thats how i found them) it was for a discounted first application. When I mentioned it, Clinton said that was only if I did a prepay service for a year. I told him I didn't want to commit and thank goodness I didn't. BTW, the ad never stipulated anything about a discount for prepay only. Communication with Clinton, the guy that does the applications and their office, really needs help. Took them weeks for me to get my first application because Clinton thought I already had the application and the application guy didn't have me on his schedule. It was a mess. After I had received the first 2 applications. I was still not seeing any improvement with getting rid of the spurge. It actually got worse. Clinton asked me to send him photos which I did. Didn't hear back from him, crickets. Manager spoke to me and said they would do more to get rid of the spurge. Couple more applications and still not getting the results I was advise i would expect. Clinton is definitely a salesman. Very long winded and needs help with his delivery on what he promises. Another issue i had was no one would advise me how to take care of my yard so i could get the best results from their service. Advise on watering my yard, the height I should keep my yard when cutting it. things like that. I emailed to cancel my service with them after I received an email reminder of the next upcoming application. Days went by and NO reply. I called them and spoke to the girl in the office which did cancel my service and sent me a confirmation. It shouldn't have taken me to do that. Weeks have gone by and no one from their company has contacted me to talk about why I cancelled and or what they could do to get me back. So beware.

A godsend! I have a new Cub Cadet 48" lawn mower bought after becoming disillusioned with the lawn…read moreservices available in The Woods, a neighborhood west of Georgetown, north of the lake. Those we'd tried charged a lot but did as little as possible, and often didn't show up until the lawn had become a scraggly mess. No more! This spring we decided to give Keller a try, having seen their truck in the area, and have been happy ever since. Everything about them was professional and first rate, from their survey of our property and estimate, (more than competitive with others we've used, btw) to the way their crews execute their jobs swiftly and competently. They even blow non-mowing debris -- flower petals, leaves and such -- off of our full-house-width covered back porch! A big job we don't have to do anymore! We have a hillside acre of Bermuda grass, big trees, shrubs and retaining walls that now looks like a park. In short, Keller comes when they promise, do an excellent job quickly and professionally, and for a more than fair price. And our property has never looked so good! We are delighted to have found them and would recommend them for any similar landscape maintenance job without reservation! (Still have the lawn tractor in the garage. Maybe I'll use it to drive around the neighborhood. :-))

Review: Keller Commercial & Home Services (Liberty Hill & Georgetown, TX)…read more If you're looking up Keller Commercial & Home Services in Liberty Hill or Georgetown, Texas, here's a real-world experience to consider before hiring them for commercial lawn care. Hired to maintain a commercial property, expecting professional-level landscaping. What I got instead looked rushed, incomplete, and far below what any commercial client should accept. * No proper edging -- walkways and curbs were left looking overgrown and unfinished * Weed whacking was inconsistent -- obvious areas were missed entirely * Little to no cleanup -- debris wasn't properly blown off after service * The overall result looked like the job was cut short and passed off as complete For a company advertising commercial lawn maintenance in Liberty Hill and Georgetown, TX, the lack of attention to detail is hard to overlook. Commercial properties depend on clean, consistent presentation--and this didn't come close. If you're considering Keller Commercial & Home Services, especially for a commercial property, take a hard look at their work quality and compare it to other providers in the area before making a decision. i will add some images in a few days. that way you can see the Services for yourself And the thing is this isn't just like one little area they got missed this is the end of having a property. On a final note this shows to prove one thing the lowest quote isn't always the best one Lesson learned. Thank you for the response -- this genuinely cleared things up for me. So just to confirm, what I'm seeing out there is not a mistake, not an oversight, not something that slipped through the cracks... but actually the result of a carefully executed contract with defined "commercial standards." That's incredible. I have to say, I was under the impression that maybe something had gone wrong -- maybe the crew was having an off day, maybe supervision was light, maybe expectations weren't clearly communicated. But finding out that this is actually the intended outcome? That's a whole different level. It's honestly impressive how the term "commercial standards" has been stretched to include work that most people would probably assume was... accidental. I especially appreciate the part where the solution is for me to call in and discuss it further -- because clearly what I'm seeing with my own eyes just needs a bit more explanation to really come together. All jokes aside, I understand I didn't hire you directly. But I do live here, so I get the benefit of experiencing the results of that contract up close every day -- which is why this response is a bit surprising. If this truly reflects the agreed-upon standard, then I think the more productive conversation might be around whether those standards actually reflect what the property (and its residents) expect. Looking forward to seeing how this masterpiece continues to evolve .https://share.google/TVK5uqpczIL6Ot6ac
