Ken was awesome! I was nervous because I haven't ever had to find a service like this one (hopefully never have to accumulate this much junk ever again!) and I was so pleased with his work. He was the very first to reach out to me on Yelp after I requested area quotes. He also quoted much lower than other area haulers and was quick and efficient! It was so simple and stress free! Definitely will be using his help in the future if I ever need any hauling done or other handy work. Thanks Ken! read more

Would definitely recommend Ken and Superior Hauling. We were cleaning out our basement and it took us 5 days to fill our garage. Ken had the garage cleared out and packed into his trailer within 1 hour. Fast, efficient and friendly. And his price was very reasonable and aligned with what he estimated via Yelp. I can't say enough about Ken and Superior Hauling. His communication was stellar, and his kindness was evident in the way he listened and even chatted with our kids when he was here. He arrived in a very timely manner, was very professional with the right balance of warmth included, and his rates were exceptional. If we ever need anyone to help out again, he would be the one we'd call. We highly recommend! read more

I contacted Ken to get a quote to haul off my disassemble 4x8' pool table. His pricing was very good. He called me when he said he would. He and his crew showed up a few minutes early to start the work. Work was accomplished as required, even with me helping. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and to anyone else needing this type of service. read more

He said yes and said he changed my time to 2 to 4 pm when he had another customer cancel. I told him we would not be ready that early and I could do 3 pm he agreed. The movers called me at 1:48 pm and said they were at my Apt and that the clock starts at 2 pm!!! Keep in mind I am disabled and use an electric wheelchair so I'm not able to just hurry and be ready. I said to the labor men that no, I would not start the clock at 1:48 pm when they weren't even supposed to be here yet and the truck we rented was not back from the rental place yet. The owner then told me he left me a message that they were coming at 2!!! Like I am a business and have to listen to voice mail. I told him he couldn't change the time without my consent. The workers then told me that my time was up and I owed $398.00 because I had to pay them from their place to my home and back The owner never mentioned that to me remember he said $300.00. Then he said if I didn't pay it they would have to call the police for theft of services because it said it in the email they sent. It doesn't say that in the email I will share with you. Then they weren't even finished with the job! So I had to hire them for 30 more mnts at $70.00 more dollars! So they stole my time and were going to make me a criminal for theft of their time!! I should have called the police myself and had them arrested for stealing my time by changing the time without my consent, not informing me of the $98.00 charge for them coming to my house and going back to work AND NOT FINISHING THE JOB, SENDING ME TO JAIL FOR AN OFFENCE THEY WERE COMMITTING, AND NOT INFORMING ME IT WOULD BE $468.00 INSTEAD OF THE QUOTED PRICE OF $300.00. I am on a fixed income and was being EXTORTED BY MR. BIG STUFF CO. Of Grand Ledge. It was the worst experiences I've9o had with hired help. Do not trust them to quote you the right price or to come at the agreed upon time and they will call the police if you don't pay these charges they didn't tell you about.
