It looked as though it was a busy morning, no worries. My associate introduced himself, I told him of my deafness and how we could communicate through the process. I've had steel blade shaves before so this was nothing new to me. The pretreatment was nice and relaxing. Other patrons were coming in, so the timing of my appointment was great. Within half an hour all was said and done to perfection. Mind you I could have done the same thing at home, but like I said I chose to pamper myself and definitely will be back!

The reputation of this place is well known in local high schools, and avoided at all costs. They are unable to give a boys/mens regular haircut without f*cling it up. Consistently I show pictures of myself with my hair at the desired length. They proceed to say "sounds good!" and then cut my hair absurdly short. I've finally reached my last straw and will be taking the inconvenient route from now on. They are nice people but awful at providing a reliable haircut that suits the patron. I've worked with every active barber there so this is not isolated to an individual person. Really a shame! Not looking forward to having to live with this most recent cut for the next month.
