I had the front side windows tinted to match the rear windows, and a light tint placed on the windshield to reduce UV rays and IR damage. The windshield tint is not noticeable and seems to be a common aftermarket installation; particularly in areas that get a lot of sun. During a very warm month of March, it seemed like it kept the interior cooler, putting less strain on the A/C. Gabe also applied PPF over the front of the vehicle and tailgate as well as door cups. It's nice knowing these surfaces are protected from rocks, and anything that could chip the paint. A lifetime ceramic coating was placed over the top of everything to promote a lasting shine and protection for all surfaces. This is the third vehicle that Gabe has provided this service for me, and he always does a great job. High attention to detail, dependable timelines and a fair price. His new shop in Marina is very nice and reflects his quality oriented business.

The team at Elite are very friendly and highly professional, they take the time to do the job right and wrap all the edges. They did a fantastic job all the way around including correcting any minor flaws in the surfaces found as they were working on the car. He gave me a quote and in the middle of the work he texted me saying it was going to be an additional $100 because of how hard the work seemed. I agreed I would give him an extra $100 if all work was done properly and no work was done half way. He was 20 minutes late for the appointment and was late to drop off my vehicle even though he said he was on his way. There was MULTIPLE spots that were missed and could be taken off with even my nail scratching it off. I sent him all the photos and let him know I was very disappointed on everything that was done inside. My mats weren't even vacuumed at all and spots that could be taken care of weren't. He let me know he wouldn't take care of the spots because I refused to give him the additional $100 he asked for after giving me the original price he gave me from the start. I was polite on letting him know I just wanted all the missed work that was not done which I paid for $400 dollars and he REFUSED. He kept mentioning how dirty my car was as if I didn't know that and was asking for his service for that reason. I am beyond disappointed and very frustrated on not getting the service I was promised for and on top of that for the owner not owning up to his mistakes and coming back to clean the spots HE missed. Dinning room screen on backwards. * 3. The BIG kicker, kitchen screen was removed and not cleaned and most importantly not put back. Noticed the window open, my three indoor cats could have escaped and got eaten by outdoor "wild animals", I felt this was reckless on his end. Note: The windows on both sides and 95% of screens were perfect! I just wished he was "attention to detail" a tad more, and double/triple check his work before leaving job site.
