If you get them fresh they're crispy and almost as good as doubly fried chips but other times they get soggy quick. Everything is freshly cooked to order, so it hasn't been sitting there drying out & they reckon the fish is sourced from sustainable sources. There's always a queue on Friday nights & when taking your order they always take your name & shout you when it's ready. I always go for Cod/Haddock & Chips, which is crisp on the outside & succulent in the middle, you can even order a side salad. They also do cans of funky fizzy drinks with elderflower/dandelion/burdock & ginger beer. The fish always comes in it's own individual bag so it doesn't go all soggy on your way home.
