Always nice for a present. The staff are helpful and friendly and the products are enviromently friendly. You can always make up a basket of your own selection of products which is nice. You do have to pay to park in West Quay so do check the prices as it's a pay on exit car park.

You can but brands such as Head and Shoulders and Dove at discount prices and they often have special deals on household items like toilet roll and washing-up liquid. Always busy because of the bargains you don't really get time to interact with the staff. However always seems to be well stocked and clean. There is another one of these Store in Southampton in Bitterne. Good location and it is right night door to Poundland for more bargains!

They don't sell food or drink but they do sell any other house hold items like shampoo, toliet rolls, etc. The staff are reasonably helpful, had had worst, its a small little shop, right in the middle of the shopping centre. I obtained a number from Directory Enquiries but that was an obsolete number. Fortunately, I managed to recover my money from Nochex. My advice is to avoid. We always get our fragrances from here as it is so much cheaper than a lot of the department stores out on the high street, often tens of pounds cheaper for exactly the same item! Nearer xmas they have lots of gift sets which are great value too, and sometimes the same price as a single bottle of perfume, but with a moisturiser or something too. There are always enough staff in here to help, and they will offer you spray sticks with samples as you want to try things out.

They also have a fantastic skin care range that covers many different skin types. I used to suffer very badly with acne and the combination of the microdermabrasion treatments and the cleanser and toner that was recommended to me was very good and really helped me to the get the acne under control.

However I completely agree with the other reviewer, the layout of the store in southampton is terrible, there is no specific area set out for queing and the aisles are far too narrow making it awkward to pass someone particuarly with a few bags (can imagine a buggy would be a nightmare) the service can also be quite slow which exacerbates the other problems. Although if you go first thing in the morning it can be pretty quiet and you can make the most of some great offers.

This one in Southampton can get particularly busy, the way the aisles are layed it just makes it a bit awkward to squeeze past people and its exceptionally awkward to get a buggy around when its busy, the tills arent in the right bloody place because when it is busy, and your queueing you end up queueing right up the bloody aisle so everyones trying to push past you to look at stuff while your stood there thinking they're trying to push in front of you in the queue. its a no-win situation, because then you just think i cant be bothered with pushing and shoving everyone out the way, and go somewhere else.
