Superdrug is kind of like a cheaper version of Boots, except with a more limited range. I find that Boots products tend to be of slightly higher standard, with better customer services & they offer reward points, whereas superdrug don't do this. However, their prices are quite a bit cheaper than Boots, hence many people prefer shopping there. This branch is a reasonably good size, but I have recently stopped shopping here because they have steep steps up to the main part of the shop which are completely unfriendly for buggy users like myself, not to mention disabled and elderly customers. i have found that they don't have many staff members available to help with getting up the stairs either, and nobody has ever offered help while I've struggled up the stairs with my pushchair. It really annoys me that there are still stores around that don't make their premises accesible to wheelchairs and buggies, and this is the main reason why I choose to shop at Boots in Hitchin instead. I would definitely use this store if they created disabled access. read more
