Was told they always email and text confirmations but I never received either. Was told the person I made the appointment with is no longer accepting new clients. Not sure why I was able to do so on the website then. While asking questions on the phone and explaining my situation , the woman kept talking over me and telling me I was being rude. In fact, she was being rude and impatient while repeatedly telling she was helping me. Talking over me and calling me rude is not helping me. She was mad simply because I was asking questions about the new person she was scheduling me to see. As a potential new client she should be kind and patient. Left a bad taste in my mouth and does not make me want to keep my appointment. I'm a physician and know how to interact with the general public. I handle rude patients on a daily basis with grace and kindness. I was definitely not being rude. She needs to be trained. Let's hope the stylist is nicer than the front desk employee

Plus Carley does a good job-- and not just carley, marla and some of the other stylists too! Carley listened to all my preferences and followed them well. Also loved the conversations that we were having. Loved the shampooing and the massage as well. And was comfortable the whole time. When finished, my hair felt healthier and fresh! Paid via cash and left a tip. Definitely recommend, and definitely will continue using this salon!
