I came in the next day, she told me to wait while she made a personal call to schedule her bachelorette party. She would stop cutting my hair to talk And my haircut was absolutely terrible looked nothing like the reference photo I showed and she didn't not cater the cut to my curl type the layers were also uneven, she also had no idea how to style my curl type and when she was finished it came out almost wavy. I requested the curly package but it was basically a regular cut with a treatment she put in my hair that dried my hair out, and the package was almost $200.

I went in with long hair and just wanting a trim, Every time i say trim in the past it ends up being a 3 inch shorter than i came in with. So you can see my reluctance to get a "trim" Went in and Laura did my consultation. First the first time 1/2 of an inch was cut and the angels sang. SO HAPPY! Finally a real trim and she added long layers. She is awesome and her color I've seen which is also great. Daniel, My boyfriend gets his hair cuts by Antonio at the beauty parlor and Antonio is a saint as well. Gentleman hair cuts, good beard trims, rat tails, greaser looks. He can do it all! The first time I went was for a touch up on my roots. That's the first picture below. You can see The highlights are EXTREMELY spaced and far too brassy in color. I'll add my hair had been toned and "glossed". Which I also don't recommend the gloss since I saw no real difference in the texture of my hair. After leavening the first time and breaking down after getting home, I called back and said I wasn't quite happy, they're we're very helpful and able to get me back in that week. Well, I go back and they added more highlight but now the top two inches of my hair is so brassy, and the rest is my normal blonde color. The best part is. I was told just to use a purple shampoo and it should start to blend it with the rest of my hair. If you're a blonde, you know purple shampoo does nothing if that hair was never lightened enough from the start. I have no other option than to just wait it out and see my normal stylist back home. If you are blonde, this is not the salon for you. It's really hard to find a stylist who can treat blond hair right and unfortunately this place is not it. The second photo is post my second appointment, the third is after the at home toner I decided to try in a last stitch effort to fix this mess. Mind you, I paid $180 for color, trim, toner, and "gloss". I paid almost $200 for my hair to be turned brassy yuck.

I asked her to repeat herself because she mumbled, and she seemed annoyed that she had to ask if I wanted the store credit card again. I told her no thank you, I don't want the store credit card. She seemed annoyed that I declined and brushed me off when I was leaving. I've never had this experience at Ulta before. This was insane, and I can see why people prefer online shopping now and just pick up in-store, because that interaction was terrible. I'm really disappointed.

The salon is super new and it is rustic chic. It is clean and all the people that work there are incredibly friendly and masters of their craft! I watched many men and women walk in to get their hair done and walk out looking amazing! They also do spray tannings! Prices to me are very reasonable and I highly recommend this place. I probably will not be able to book my appointment, so easily next time because it will become more known, but I do hope that the people and this studio is around for years to come! They have piss-poor customer service and after waiting on them for A WEEK, I wouldn't go there if they paid me.
