I walked into the shop. The door was wide open. No a person in sight. I could have taken anything i wanted. I called out several times. Nothing.. then after several moments a woman in a apron sontered in.she asked how she could help. I told her I need a trim. She reaked of cigarettes. She said that they were completely booked. Remember, not one technician or customer was anywhere to be seen. I told her tanks anyway. The floor was dirty and the products on the way look dusty. I wouldn't go back even for a trim. Horrible service and mediocre hair cut. Scheduled a trim on line three days before appointment. First time I had ever been there and didn't realize how tight the parking was going to be. Had to circle three times before a spot opened up. I walked in and apologized for being a couple of minutes late. Well, she didn't want to hear that so she cancelled my appointment even though she was not finished with the current customer. I came back 40 minutes early so I could find a parking spot and waited while she finished up. She did not wet my hair and the trim was done in 3 minutes. I just shook my head in amazement. I guess she did the best she could do, but when I washed it and saw how awful she cut it I scheduled an appointment with another hairdresser. My very first review ever, to take heed to it. The attending barbers were very professional, and kind. But I asked for two things, a trim on the top and back with a 3 on the sides. My back got instantly chopped. Got the hair cut discounted but it did take 6 months to get my hair to the length it was at. First time at a super cuts and is def my last. read more

Then all the sudden it felt like the whole environment changed whenever I came in my last visit. Those two girls that are in there all the time Work so hard to make this environment so much more pleasant and friendly I believe one is the new manager. I have now enjoyed several excellent haircuts by Autumn, Supercuts,Roseburg manager. Her level of expertise, managerial skills and doing 3 things at once seamlessly and carefully are amazing to watch! There are 2 little support dogs, and they are so well trsined, they stay in the office with zero barking or bad manners..walking right through to go do their business and return. A delight to watch. I have observed this manager jump in to sweep, tidy and be helpful to other stylists. I also observed her being very kind to a walking when there was no openings. I've recently moved here in Roseburg and have been looking for a barber the past couple of months. i've tried a couple of private of barbershops and was sadly disappointed. If I could proceed and give them a -Star I would. I started with Supercuts in Burian Wasington in 1986 and stayed with them until we moved to Myrtle Creek years later. I was so happy when we got a Supercuts in Roseburg having always been given quality service at my previous store. That enthusiasm has steadily diminished!! My last 2 experiences have cured me, I'll never go back. My last wash and trim was done by Janet and had to tell her that you trim ends on long hair by sectioning it horizontally NOT vertically, and she didn't even bother to ask if I wanted my bangs trimmed!! The wash was even worse!! I told her twice that she wasn't getting my hair wet much less shampooed at the base of my head. I called the next day to speak to the manager, Amber, to let her know of my negative experience. After explaining all that had gone wrong, she asked that a give her a couple of days until Janet worked again and she'd had a chance to speak with her and she'd give me a call. That was 5 weeks and 2 messages left for her later. It speaks volumes when the manager doesn't follow through!! In a nutshell, 1st time shame on them, 2nd time shame on me! There won't be a 3rd time!!!! I don't have $33.00 and a $5.00 tip to waste on the worst wash and cut I've ever had!!!! read more

It's all about Sunshine here. That's the name of an excellent hairdresser toiling away at this down home Supercuts. Not usually one to trust that chain with my white, naturally curly, untamable mane, I was forced to find someplace fast to rescue me from a bad, well intentioned, cut. This salon was open and I was desperate. Well, turns out I was also lucky. Sunshine was in--and she wS shining. This low key stylist has been doing hair for a couple of decades. She is competent, creative, and she took time to get a feel for my curl pattern be-gore reaching fir her shears. She tuned up the "bob" I'd been wrongly given and freed up my curls to fly free. I walked out of there so such happier than I walked in. Oh, they are practicing wise and strict Covid protocols. Only two clients in at a time, on opposite sides of the salon, everything sanitized thoroughly between sessions. Sunshine was masked and so was I. It's true. I am recommending a Supercuts. But what I am really recommending is the stylist, Sunshine, who works there. Call first to make sure she's in and to schedule your appointment. And make sure to tip as generously as you would at a "designer" salon. read more

If I could leave no stars I would. I've lived here for a year and a half, and if it wasn't for Brittney who does such a terrific job, I would have stopped coming after the first visit. Autumn, the manager, is one of the most abrasive and rude people I've ever encountered at a business like this. As a manager, if she's not the one cutting my hair she should really have no impact on my experience. However, she has made the entire place very tense and uncomfortable on multiple occasions, being downright hostile and threatening to kick me and other patrons out. She makes her stylists uncomfortable, and has a very strange authoritarian attitude towards this Supercuts. It's very strange honestly. She has multiple signs posted that restrict basically any activity aside from sitting patiently and silently waiting for your turn. She will very rudely tell you that essentially the days of walk in haircuts are over. She has the nerve to run her shop like it's some high stakes place with very serious rules, meanwhile letting her two dogs walk through without even a leash. I once tried to sit in the unused chair in her station while my son was getting his haircut, and the stylist told me that I'd better get up, almost as if to say "or else..." A haircut should be a routine and uneventful thing, but at this location I'm always praying as I walk in that the manager isn't there. It's quite crazy to me how overbearing and uptight Autumn is, without ANY reason that I can discern. Highly highly DO NOT recommend this place unless you already have loyalty to someone like Brittney or the other stylists. I hope someone from Supercuts higher management sees this. It is a serious issue. My wife saw them lose three customers who walked out tonight due to her abrasiveness and rudeness. Stay away. read more

Went to Supercuts in S.F. for 20 yrs with fantastic results!! I brought my GREAT "Supercut haircut photos" to SUNSHINE at Roseburg Supercuts. Asked her to cut my hair in "short elegant layers" like my photos I showed her. She said YES -- but then VERY quickly BUTCHERED & CHOPPED my hair REALLY FAST! She never washed or wet my hair. Never used or showed me a mirror, even after she was done. I went home & my family HOWLED -- the back of my hair stuck straight out like a ROOSTER'S BUTT !!! I looked in my mirror & was HORRIFIED !! Sorry I paid her. Sorry I left her a tip. NEVER AGAIN will I go to SUNSHINE for her "ROOSTER'S BUTT" haircut, which I guess is HER SPECIALITY! She was PITIFUL !!! read more

I walked in this morning to see if I could have someone fix the terrible trim job that I did on myself. A gal helped me, I didn't get her name, but she was very nice. She was the only one working for the 1st 30 minutes, and I asked her to keep my length, and to fix the wonky job that I had done. I have naturally curly/wavy hair, and she did a dry trim on it. She combed out my curls which made my hair quite frizzy, and I was nervous that she wasn't going to be able to actually line it up properly because it was dry and because of my waves, but she did a good job. I left there looking like a frizzy mess with no styling of any kind, but she did do what I asked her to do, and I styled it myself when I got home. Overall, I'm not mad about it. Got my hair trimmed yesterday and it kinda looks like the lady layered my hair (which I didnt ask for) and made the ends of my hair even thinner. already had thin hair to begin with, so now it looks even thinner. I would've said something at the salon but I couldn't see what she was doing and they rushed me out of there before I could really look. The lady doing my hair was also a bit rude. I used to go to Supercuts every time I needed a hair cut. Very friendly group of people that made the stop in fun. Unfortunately, I stopped going because I once had my hair cut, and it did not turn out the way I wanted, it was a very easy cut too. Well I decided to give it another chance after some time off. Walked in, again, very impressed with the friendly group of gals. What made the trip though was the lady whom cut my hair. Her name is Ashley but she goes by "G", she did an amazing job! Was very friendly and knew exactly what she was doing. I suggest anyone looking for someone to go see her. I will be back because of her! read more

I hoped the woman working, Ashley L, could fix one of the worst haircuts I have had a few days ago at another shop. (Yes, it is possible to not realize how bad a cut is until later!) Returning to the first shop asking her to fix the cut? No way! Supercuts is bright, and clean without the thick "beauty shop " smell that is so common. I went in as a walk-in (I didn't call ahead to be put on a list) though the wait was short. Ashley L used her knowledge and skills and I walked out, pleased and relieved that I would not need to wear a hat for a month! Came in and got my hair cut just a couple of days ago. The ladies at supercuts always do a fantastic job. I'm very particular with my hair. This last time I went in I saw G. She did an amazing job. She took her time making sure my hair was perfect. She even trimmed my beard up a little, and rubbed some beard oil in it to make it smell nice and fresh. I usually won't go to super cuts but I needed a quick trim. They were very tentative and came to help me as soon as I walked in. The gal didn't talk much till closer to the end of the haircut. Which doesn't bother me at all I like to relax. She did a decent job on the cut, hard to mess up a medium fade. But to top it off got a hot towel clean up afterwards which I don't get from even the best barbers so major plus on her part. Will probably come back. read more

Horrible. Was waiting for a haircut 45 minutes after being put on 'the list' when one of the hairstylists family members came in and asked to be put on 'the list'. Then, a friend of the manager arrived. The receptionist let him know that three were in front of him. Shortly after, the manager told him that he doesn't have to wait since he knows the manager and took him back, in front of everyone in the store. I asked the receptionist why that happened when I was called up and was rudely told that they go by the list (obviously not). They then didn't honor the coupon from their app, stating that they can't scan it (managers can totally adjust prices).
