When you walk into the shop, you hear nothing but laughter wonderful conversation there. Very warm hearted and it's so easy to use the app and that impresses me the most lol. And when I sit down in the chair, autumn knows exactly what haircut I'm therefore and I can't say anymore, but, I am so glad I walked in there the first time Thank you ladies for everything you make me feel special

The trim job I tried to do on myself...as you can see the left side is much higher, and I couldn't get to the back.

Got there at 5:10 and ask if they could do a trim. Lady said no, there wasn't enough time before closing (6pm). Walk-ins not really welcome.

Haven't been back they butchered my haircut. Since they suck go here if you don't care about how your haircut comes out.

I Got a bad haircut. No doubt about it. a local place fixed it and now it's great. I will be avoiding this place from now on.

I've been coming here for the last 2 years, more or less. There have been a couple of times I…read morewanted to give up and go elsewhere. I kept coming back as I was having such bad luck finding anyone good with blonde color. I have given Dani multiple times to correct her mistakes, but this last time I came out of her chair with brassy blonde hair, and gray roots sticking in-between the yellow highlights. The contrast was hideous, and I had big patches of gray still left all over my hair; I was not happy as I paid over $300 for this? I texted her the next day and asked if we could tone my hair to be less warm. I had been asking for an icy blonde for the last 2 years, so I was very confused. She toned my hair yellow without my consent, just told me there was no real fixing it and that she'd try to tone it ashier next time and maybe put more highlights in. Right. That's what I paid and took time off work for initially(?). I finally asked for a refund only to be told no because "it has already been a week". That was not the case, she knew it and her response was appallingly passive aggressive. When I asked her for her schedule to try to fix what she could, she completely ignored me, and I never heard back. A red flag was when she said her boyfriend gets annoyed with her because she doesn't leave her house without her hair done. She does this so that people will ask her where she gets her hair done. I would think an independent contractor would be more careful with their client's hair if they wanted to actually keep their clients and have good reviews, but what do I know. Eventually she gets lazy, expects too much and does too little. Plus, having to tell a stylist you're unhappy with your hair is hard enough. She is very inexperienced and completely unprofessional. I cannot say anything about the other stylists here, but she is the absolute worst. I rarely leave reviews but this was probably the worst salon experiences of my life.
