The owner tried to fix it and told me to come back 3 months later and she would cut/fix it on the house. I waited 2 months and it was so bad I called to see if i could get in earlier as I have an important event to go to. It took 3 days for the owner to leave me a voicemai. I returned the call and still haven't heard back. I don't like to bash businesses but the way I have been treated is unacceptable. Btw- the owner also yelled at me when she was trying to fix my hair and teach the woman who cut my hair what she did wrong, because I tried to say something.

BTW, you probably don't know this, but if you had a brain, you would have handed me 2-fives, instead of trying to force me to tip you the $10. I handed her the $10 and kept back the ones. The look on her face! She was not happy. She said NOTHING to me -not a thank you-NOTHING. So, of course, she made it obvious that she wanted the whole $12. B@@ch!
