Awful! Hairdressers there would quite clearly prefer to be somewhere else. Kept disappearing round the back instead of dealing with waiting customers. Took all of 5 minutes to cut a few mm of my daughters hair. All split ends still exist. Didn't put in requested layers. I've never felt more ripped off paying £15.99 in my life! They offer efficient service which is value for money. The loyalty card scheme enables you to have your card stamped each time you have a wash and cut. When you have 8 you get the 9th free. I don't know any other hairdressers that operates this scheme. The stylists here are all extremely talented, especially the one that I use, who I always ask for. This shop cuts both men and women hair. Went in on Saturday 24 Jan around 11h30 and there were 3 women and 1 man waiting. There were only 2 hair dressers working and they were also during the duty of receptionist. We all know very well that women's hair takes a minimum of 1 hour and they do not just have a wash and cut. It is more than likely a colouring, cut, perm, wash, blow dry styling etc etc. So why on earth would the Manager of this shop allow only 2 staff to work. I walked out twice as did come back after the first. This is truly BAD MANAGEMENT BY THE MANAGER AND ONLY THE MANAGER IS TO BLAME.
