I've been going to this location for about a year. I called and was told they had no customers so I booked an appointment on line with a confirmation. I walked into the store and was immediately told that "you have three in front of you." I advised the rude lady with the ear rings sticking through her cheeks that I had an appointment for 12:15. she proceeded to say well, you still have three in front of you. I advised her I called and was told they had no clients so I booked the appointment. I could have waited no problem, but the attitude I revived as soon as I walked in was unacceptable and very disrespectful. then she turned to the lady that who's hair she was coloring and starting saying something about me. any way, never any trouble here until today. I'll take my money elsewhere read more

I asked the stylist to trim 3 inches but to also follow the existing style. Unfortunately for me, she decided to do her own thing and gave me the worst haircut that I have ever had in my 59 years of life. She didn't even wet my hair to make sure the cut was straight, and it turned out very uneven. I am so disappointed by this experience that I will never go there again or recommend anyone. I guess I'll have to wear plenty of hats for a while. read more

This rat house of a place disgusts me. I took my child for his first Hair cut. Multiple things happened. 1. Bad attitude she didn't want to be at work that day because it was a Sunday. 2. Rushing. She didn't want to take the time to let me some who's not even a year old yet adjust to it. 3. Hateful. Me and my husband said it didn't look right but her reply was "well. That's all I can do." So after paying the $18 we went home and it looked worse then I imagined. If I know how bad it was I would have NEVER paid her. Oh and just to add she made me wait to get a clip of his hair and she didn't sweep her nasty floor before so I now have my sons hair and another persons hair. read more

I came in to get my hair cut just a tad shorter as I like having long hair, and specifically asked not to cut my bangs. They both cut my bangs completely and nearly shaved my head as it's extremely short now. read more

Me and my daughter went to this place and let me say it was the worst service i have ever gotten the manager was very rude to my grandaughter who was not into anthing or being mean she was just sitting in a chair and she literally hollars at her that she better not break the chair or mommy will have to pay for it my daughters haircut was uneven way shorter on one side than the other and cut shorter than what she asked for my hair was halfway down my back i asked for it to be cut between my shoulder blades it is now way above my shoulders beware of this place read more

I'm not really a picky guy. To me, a haircut is a haircut. Just as long as it's shorter, right? Wrong. I had no idea how screwed up a bad haircut could look until I had mine done here. After I washed my hair, I could easily see where the "beautician" had chopped up my hair, instead of layering it so that it all blends. It looks like she took an electric razor to different parts of my scalp, except no electric razor was used. Just scissors. My hair now looks like a shingled roof with various uneven lengths. I wish I could tell you what her name was, so you can avoid this particular hairdresser, but I didn't get it. My advice is to find a real beauty shop or barber. That's where I'm going next time. read more

Took my two sons for a cut and have never been more disappointed..I was told the cut I wanted I needed to go to a barber.. Could not cut a fade...Expensive as well...Won't be back read more

After calling ahead and being told there was no wait, I showed up 5 minutes later to 2 people in chairs that had clearly been there for some time and had a while to go. After waiting 30 minutes someone else came in and said they called ahead, then they were taken care of first. Telling me to expect a wait wouldn't have gotten a review. I ended up leaving without being taken of because I had things to do. read more

I am a hard working business man in the Princeton, WV area, so I have to get haircuts and other things done on Saturday or Sunday, when I can make time. I walked in at about 530 to 600 PM, customers their, and I was told that they were not taking anymore customers. If I did things like that at my business, I would be out of business. They charge 16 dollars to cut my hair and it takes maybe 20 minutes to do so, since all I needed was a clipper cut, so technically they would have made the equivalent of 48 dollars and hour. It is just ridiculous. I have been their three times now, and would have probably become a regular, but now will never go back. The second time that I went, they totally screwed up my hair, but I thought that I would give them another chance, since the first time was not a bad experience, but they lost a potential loyal customer because of the way I was treated yesterday! read more

I get my haircut here and Ms Emily does mine, i had been to 9 different places here in WV and when i met her at the Cats Meow she cut my hair and this is the first time my hair has been cut the correct way( i have very natural curly hair) I learned she had transferred to Super Cuts and i will follow her where ever she goes. This is the best my hair has looked in 4yrs since I have been in WV, i thought i would never find anyone to cut it the way i wanted it but i did and I sure am glad, Emily is the best and i appreciate her so very much!! ASK FOR HER WHEN U GO SHE WILL DO YOUR HAIR THE WAY U WANT IT NOT THE WAY SHE WANTS TO CUT IT!!.............................................Sherri Spencer read more

Supercuts has a large amount of customer traffic on the weekends, many walk in customers as well as families that take their children who are not in school on the weekends to get cuts. Every time I have gone in I have called ahead to see if they were able to take me, three times i made appointments and twice i have done a walk in. One time they made some mistakes with the texturing on my cut and i had some longer pieces that made it look lopsided. I went back the next day and my stylist wasnt there, BUT the stylist that was there was happy to sit me down for five minutes and fix the parts i was unhappy with.... for free. The previous review seems a bit out of touch with retail and customer service. The day they walked in there may have been a large number of appointments as well as walk in customers, thus making it impossible to "work him in", and it sounds like they expected to work him in ahead of the customers that were already waiting. Ridiculous. I love supercuts and they have always taken good care of me. Ill be getting my hair cut their for as long as they are open :) and you should too :) read more
