So I would recommend not going here or at least to the hairdresser Bobbi if you want a styled cut. I understand not understanding how to do a cut but you need to be able to admit that to someone before you do it and not pretend like you do. I ask Bobbi more than once of she wanted to look back at the photo of what I wanted and she didn't want to. My hair is not even the same length as the reference photo or style and I was charged about $60 for this travesty...granted I bit my tongue and paid for it but honestly this is awful and I left feeling ugly and regretting coming here. Also not to mention they push for you to wash your hair there with out quoting a price. I only opted for the blow-drying because I wanted to know the true out come of my hair. Update: I looked at you prices online for one I didn't get a blow out with a brush she used her hand and I got a basic ass wash which did not include a hot towel so I shouldnt have been charged 60+ dollars. To be honest I should have refused payment. Maybe hired people that actually know how to cut fucking hair!!! Surpercuts is a trashy business your better off spending the money elsewhere! read more

Husband needed hair cut for a wedding. My toddler got up and touched a hair drier. The stylist ran over and told him it's $300 and he better "knock it off". I was so angry we walked out. Do not talk to my child that way, he wasn't hurting anything or being destructive read more

Bree is wonderful . Energetic, friendly, and knows how to cut hair . We moved away and we will truly miss her

Came for my appointment and a male sat me in the chair, I have never let a male cut my hair but decided not to make a big deal about it. I asked for just a trim of 3 inches, he did not tilt my head down at all during the cut. I came home and I'm horrified.. some pieces of hair he didn't even cut. I have very healthy hair and he butchered it. Uneven cuts all the way across, I now have to find another salon to fix this and it will probably cost me another inch or two of hair. Do not go here, and if you do PLEASE don't let a male touch your hair if you're a woman... read more

Called and made a appointment for me and my sister to get haircuts. We Show up at this place. Two stylists no greeting. One girl finishes a haircut and disappears to the back. And the other girl finishes her haircut and disappears to the back. Both girls are now in the back and never returned. 15 mins later sister and I walk out. We went to great clips in pier park and got a wonderful haircut. read more

Great haircut and style at the right price. She listened to what I wanted and delivered!

Mitch cuts my hair just the way I like to wear it. Short and spiked he listened to what I wanted I am very pleased.

My husband got an amazing haircut (probably one of my top three favorites he's gotten), but I couldn't get over one of the girls spending the entire time we were in there complaining about other customers. She went on and on about how she didn't want to deal with a certain customer in front of a packed room of waiting customers. Very very very unprofessional. We will most likely be back, but definitely when she is not there. read more

This SuperCuts is my favorite salon. Angie does such an amazing job with my hair. I get a cut and color, and it comes out with shine and perfection. I highly recommend traveling from any distance for a hairdo with Angie. Thank you SuperCuts! read more

They need someone who can wax eyebrows correctly. The lady left me with pencil brows with no shape and both eyebrows look different super upset and I will not come back here read more

I imagine it MIGHT be a quality place, I did not see it. The girls do not have an honor system with walk ins, they take their friends first, very disappointing. I suggest you choose another place, if you are in a hurry or shirt on time. read more

Friendly, efficient service and they were happy to do my haircut evening though I walked in one minute before closing time .. I will go back for sure! read more

Every time I come to this place I sit down and end up sitting and waiting just to let other people who got there after me go in front of me because they won't sign me in when I get there read more

They fucked up my haircut. If you're in the military, definitely never get a haircut here, or in most "Supercuts". Doesn't matter what you tell them you want with your hair. They will do whatever the hell they feel like doing to your hair. Honestly, they don't know what they are doing... read more

Just relocated here from Tn.. A coworker recommended Supercuts at Breakfast Pointe. Mel did my cut and highlights and I am very satisfied with results. I made an appt. due to the time needed and my schedule. Mel was very efficient and professional. The staff are very pleasant, and the shop is very comfortable. read more

It was awful. It's my worst haircut ever. I wanted a "long layer" haircut, but now it looks like someone randomly chopped my hair with an axe. It doesn't look like it is supposed to look. Lady who worked with me, did not even bother with wetting my hair, she just cut it dry. I didn't tell her anything thinking that she is a professional and knows what she is doing. Next day when I ironed my hair I realized that she is not a professional at all, and should've trusted my instincts and tell her about her mistakes right away. Would not recommend this place to anybody. read more

STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! I called to make an appointment to get my hair cut by Mel the Manager at this Supercuts. I showed up at my appointment and no one greeted me and I saw Mel at her station cutting another client's hair. She did not look up as I walked in. Mel did not know me and I waited still nothing and none of the other stylists came over. There is no sign in chart. Then finally Mel gets a phone call and answers it. Then I have to break in after her is done to announce I am here otherwise I thought she would just take her time on this client. She took her time on this client anyway. Chit chatting away taking her time and no concern for me waiting what so ever. I made an appointment for a reason because I didn't have much time to wait. I had to pick up a sick family member and was hoping to squeeze in some errands too. Well, this Mel took 30 minutes to cut the person that was sitting there then it was finally my turn. She shouldn't of took that person and should of been waiting to honor my appointment as I made it 2 hours before and she agreed and knew I was coming. Then she cuts my hair and did follow the direction I asked and not cut the length I asked. I felt bumps in the back and she say oh I will take more off. She did not show me a mirror of the back. I got like a hatchet job. And I would of walked when she didn't honor my appointment normally but I needed a haircut. What I got was garbage! I was going to pay the 16 dollar and I said I am not satisfied with the service and I should not have to pay and don't have time to redo it or trust that you can do it right. Mel immediately gets furious and nasty saying get out of my store and never come back in front of everyone. Believe me, she lost my future business to begin with and the service I received this time was garbage and I will have to get another haircut next week but certainly not here and I recommend anyone else not waste time with this garbage. And they have a lot of nerve to name it Super when it is absolute the bottom of the barrel garbage! read more
