Came for my appointment and a male sat me in the chair, I have never let a male cut my hair but decided not to make a big deal about it. I asked for just a trim of 3 inches, he did not tilt my head down at all during the cut. I came home and I'm horrified.. some pieces of hair he didn't even cut. I have very healthy hair and he butchered it. Uneven cuts all the way across, I now have to find another salon to fix this and it will probably cost me another inch or two of hair. Called and made a appointment for me and my sister to get haircuts. We Show up at this place. Two stylists no greeting. One girl finishes a haircut and disappears to the back. And the other girl finishes her haircut and disappears to the back. Both girls are now in the back and never returned. 15 mins later sister and I walk out. My husband got an amazing haircut (probably one of my top three favorites he's gotten), but I couldn't get over one of the girls spending the entire time we were in there complaining about other customers. It was awful. It's my worst haircut ever. I wanted a "long layer" haircut, but now it looks like someone randomly chopped my hair with an axe. It doesn't look like it is supposed to look. Lady who worked with me, did not even bother with wetting my hair, she just cut it dry. I didn't tell her anything thinking that she is a professional and knows what she is doing. Next day when I ironed my hair I realized that she is not a professional at all, and should've trusted my instincts and tell her about her mistakes right away. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! I called to make an appointment to get my hair cut by Mel the Manager at this Supercuts. I showed up at my appointment and no one greeted me and I saw Mel at her station cutting another client's hair. She did not look up as I walked in. Mel did not know me and I waited still nothing and none of the other stylists came over. There is no sign in chart. Then finally Mel gets a phone call and answers it. Then I have to break in after her is done to announce I am here otherwise I thought she would just take her time on this client. She took her time on this client anyway. Chit chatting away taking her time and no concern for me waiting what so ever. I made an appointment for a reason because I didn't have much time to wait. I had to pick up a sick family member and was hoping to squeeze in some errands too. Well, this Mel took 30 minutes to cut the person that was sitting there then it was finally my turn. She shouldn't of took that person and should of been waiting to honor my appointment as I made it 2 hours before and she agreed and knew I was coming. Then she cuts my hair and did follow the direction I asked and not cut the length I asked. I felt bumps in the back and she say oh I will take more off. She did not show me a mirror of the back. I got like a hatchet job. And I would of walked when she didn't honor my appointment normally but I needed a haircut. What I got was garbage! I was going to pay the 16 dollar and I said I am not satisfied with the service and I should not have to pay and don't have time to redo it or trust that you can do it right. Mel immediately gets furious and nasty saying get out of my store and never come back in front of everyone. Believe me, she lost my future business to begin with and the service I received this time was garbage and I will have to get another haircut next week but certainly not here and I recommend anyone else not waste time with this garbage. And they have a lot of nerve to name it Super when it is absolute the bottom of the barrel garbage! read more
