My hair had to be cut off because of the damage. I have natural curly hair, it is just now getting a little curl back to it. But nothing close to what it was before! The owner was sweet, did not charge me for what they did and reimbursed me for a wig I had to get and some products. But my hair is not the same and not growing normally. I asked what I'm guessing is an apprentice hairdresser why my hair was so dark and was told it will get lighter the more I wash it as the toner will dissipate. Was in tears after I left bc my once cute sunny blonde hair is now the color of ashes..grayish brownish..and my roots are now darker than my natural color..wth! So I would recommend not going here or at least to the hairdresser Bobbi if you want a styled cut…read more I understand not understanding how to do a cut but you need to be able to admit that to someone before you do it and not pretend like you do. I ask Bobbi more than once of she wanted to look back at the photo of what I wanted and she didn't want to. My hair is not even the same length as the reference photo or style and I was charged about $60 for this travesty...granted I bit my tongue and paid for it but honestly this is awful and I left feeling ugly and regretting coming here. Also not to mention they push for you to wash your hair there with out quoting a price. I only opted for the blow-drying because I wanted to know the true out come of my hair. Update: I looked at you prices online for one I didn't get a blow out with a brush she used her hand and I got a basic ass wash which did not include a hot towel so I shouldnt have been charged 60+ dollars. I knew my color wouldn't be correct in just one sitting...and Courtney lightened it to what I wanted. She was knowledgeable about her color and knows how to hone her craft. She had me in and out in 2 hours...a record for tone, highlights wash and blow. Base was lightened - not too much cause the highlights really brightened my whole head up. I liked the fact she used a silver toner - or something silver which I think my hair really took to. I got my ashy with blond highlights!! Thank you . Oh...and Courtney knows her food!!
