Walked in without an appointment and waited maybe ~10 minutes. My stylist was Kris and she's fantastic. She's been doing this for over 20 years! I told her what I had in mind and she did a better job executing it. We started with an initial cut and it was a lot of hair off, but she tweaked it for a better vision than what I had in mind. She's kind and quirky, I really enjoyed her services! There's plenty of parking out front in the plaza. There were only 3 stylist working today (Saturday). It wasn't super busy, but definitely a steady flow. It was $24 for a cut. I had super long Rapunzel hair down to my bum, and chopped it off just right below the shoulders. If you need to be blessed call Kris for an appointment. This past weekend I needed to have my hair cut off due to chemotherapy caused hair loss in progress. I knew exactly who I wanted to do it, Kris at the Supercuts in Belle Isle by Penn Square mall and the Walmart. Kris had cut my hair previously and listened to my wants and it was a great experience and I was very happy. Move forward to now ... again she listened to me and worked with my crazy, falling out hair to do a type of pixie cut. My hair has a zillion cowlicks and waves and straight all on one head! Not an easy canvas for sure. I am so pleased with the outcome and really am enjoying this mini season of short, short hair! My hubby and daughter also were there and the three of them were jamming and singing to Mowtown. Kris helped to make a difficult time be an uplifting experience! She is such a blessing. Thank you God for bringing her into our lives. *** Note-I am a minimalist when it comes to my hair, straight blow dry or ponytails. So now I am playing and learning with my new "doo"!! I am female, mom of one and I really don't have the time or funds to get my hair cut and styled and I am glad I was able to find a simple hair salon like Super cuts to get my hair cut without the extras of washing and styling. It's hard to find stylists who charge less than $45 for a cut. I get my hair cut twice a year anyway so having to wait was no big deal. I showed Neda a picture of how I wanted my cut and she did a good job. I was Val to watch their four stylists operated on a Saturday afternoon. They had clients coming in and out as well regulars. If you just want a quick in and out cut then this is your go to place. I always was afraid of getting a bad stylist but I am glad i didn't today - but that could happen with stylists you find off Yelp, Instagram, Google as well but at least you aren't paying twice more. This salon is NOT just for men! I stopped in here today for the first time for color and a cut. I was greeted by very nice individuals. The salon is clean and everyone is professional. Megan was my stylist. When I told her what I wanted she took the time to see my hair and understand just what I needed. She let me know she loves doing color and "I was in good hands!" She's right! Megan did a fantastic job! It's always a bit scary walking into a new salon, but I will be back and recommend Megan to others. I was able to watch the other stylists and they too did great work! Everyone came in from very young children, women wanting all kinds of cuts to guys needing beard trims. I saw a lot of style and satisfied customers walking out of the salon! read more

Terrible customer service, terrible haircut. They don't greet anyone, don't smile, act like its a pain to do their job, act like they hate the place, make no conversation, and in and on. This girl just got off the lot and acted really annoyed and didn't follow my very simple instructions at all. I have been here several times and have never gotten good results, but this was the last straw. I absolutely can't go back there. Go at your own risk. Awful place. No wonder this chain is the bottom of the barrel and considered cheap and tacky by everybody. It is the Dollar Tree of hair salons. A real disgrace. read more

Day dependent here. Price is same at all places, so no insight to offer there. Some stylists quick and efficient. Others, slow and chatty. Wait is variable as well. Sometimes they have the No Wait sign on and you walk in and seated quickly. Other times the sign is on and you still have a 45 minute wait. read more
