I walk into this establishment without an appt. thinking I had one. The front office young lady was very soft toned and kind and set me up to be next in line. I was greeted by Kalecia. She was incredibly calm and informative. She assured me she would take care of me and set me at ease. My experience went very well and I added an additional service to enhance my features. Moral of the story, had the experience walking in been more pleasant, we would have waited all day for a good haircut. But it was clear they had their "regulars" and weren't in need of new clients and we were treated as such. This was a good lesson of stick to what you know & just go where you know you're welcomed.
