Went in today to get a haircut... I saw on the app that they have a 25 minute wait... from the parking lot... and arrive to see 2 stylists, each with a guest and one waiting. I'm still looking at the app displaying 25 mins and the one stylist finished within minutes.. I ask if I should check in real quick and she proceeds to tell me they were booked with appointments until 4:30.. I have managed multiple Supercuts in Philly/surrounding areas.. appointments are not their business model..mobile check-ins are used and the app is usually very accurate unless of course there are excessive walkins, add ons and/or guests not checked in properly. This is such a small town, you'd think they'd want to drum up more business there's nothing else around. second time here, and last. Got very rushed and disengaged service last time. read more

So like many other sensible women, I cannot justify $75 to get an inch cut from the bottom of my hair, so I sought out either Hair Cuttery or Supercuts. Got an appointment for an hour later. Went back. Opted to go with the "high-price" service of shampoo, condition, cut, blow-dry ($35). The shampoo was okay but my technician had water dripping down my back. Went to her chair and told her just a trim of dry ends, all over. No layers, and as little as possible off but all ends. Seemed like she knew what she was doing when she told me to un-cross my legs to be sure it was straight (heard this before at regular salon). My hair is thin and takes about 10 minutes total to trim. Then came the blow-dry. THIS IS WHAT I CANNOT BELIEVE. I never had a blow dry that was just the blow dryer pointed at my head and a brush going from top to bottom on top hair. There was no styling whatsoever. She did not ask what side I part on and it was just flat flat flat. THEN, she said "okay, all done" and my hair was STILL WET. Who does that? In general, I cannot say that I have been pleased with every haircut that I have received from the stylists. I get the impression that most of them are not seasoned professionals with a wide background of short-haired customers. On occasion, my hair has been cut unevenly between the left and right sides, which is something I often discover after my hair has dried long after I have left the shop. Pretty regularly, I find that the stylists do not adequately clean up my face and neck after the cut. Albeit, I do select any available stylist because I expect them all to have the same level of basic skills. Perhaps, that is the problem. I can honestly say that I will not be recommending the place to others. read more

OK place for a haircut in Hamilton Commons near a big movie theater.. (the storefront address is actually 540 Hamilton Commons) I went cuz they are open until 9 PM on weekdays so possible to go after work.. the young lady who cut my hair was pretty friendly and efficient. Regular supercut came to $17 with tax so with a $3 tip was $20, higher than prices at such places in FL where I just moved from but I don't know how that compares to other places here in NJ. Came here expecting an inexpensive haircut but it was more expensive, even with a coupon, than other places in the area. I asked for the sides to be buzzed and leave the top a little bit longer, which is what the lady cut but when I went home to look in the mirror, I noticed the fade between the top of my head and the sides were uneven. Several of my friends actually noticed patches and unevenness in the cut. Will not go there again. read more

Waiting time on this place takes too long. Average 45mins to 1 hr. they usually take customers who the hair stylist know and not by who came in first. One thing more, if you've coming here for years, you'll notice the staff turnover is fast. Their hair stylist staff changes every few months. read more

I usually get my haircut here, and they do good! I don't usually have problem with them. If you are looking to get a simple haircut, this is the place to be. I'm not sure how they do with color, that's something you have either experience yourself or see their work. read more

Had 7:30 hair cut Appts for both daughters. We arrived 10 minutes early. They completely ignored the reservations and actually cut 2 people that came in 20 minutes after us. We didn't get cuts until 8:30. Completely ridiculous. read more

A few months ago I went to Galloway for a haircut and my hair was totally messed up wont name place. I called supercuts and got in right away. My stylist was Maren Hodsdon and she did a great job. My bangs are all even and looking stlylish and the back is even and the way I had it before. Im very happy with the results of my haircut.
