I get to register to checkout, the woman was so rude (no name, but older looking Caucasian with glasses and dark brown hair) RUDE! I was trying to use a coupon, ironically I had pulled the wrong one from my email (Ulta email so many in a week) this rude woman kept asking "card or cash" I stated I was looking for the coupon, she stated Ulta does not have coupon for fragrance. I was like okay I must be mistaken, I pay. I get outside and I continue to look through my email, I find the $10 coupon that INCLUDES fragrance! Of course, I go right back in, return and rebuy using my coupon. Bottom line, there was no one in the store, I was not holding up the line, I really wasn't taking a long time, she was rushing me so she could finish a conversation with her co worker.
