When my husband says, "did you try cutting his hair? then you know it's not right. There is no way that the stylist didn't notice it. Went in early to make an appointment for my daughter. Told the 2 stylists what I wanted them to do because I knew that my daughter was going to resist anything. I wanted bangs cut to eyebrow, trim damage off of the length and take the thinning shears to it. What I got was the length trimmed, bangs cut as a "side bang", and no thinning shears. So, my daughter STILL looks like a shaggy mess and it cost me $22!!!!! Not to mention the aggravation I now have to deal with from my daughter. read more

I had been putting off getting my hair cut. Then, the pandemic hit, and everything got shut down. After salons reopened, I was hesitant to go, seeing as I'm high risk, and I wasn't too sure about the quality of cut I would get with a mask in the way. Well, I finally couldn't take it anymore, and rather than take the kitchen shears to my locks (been there done that and know better!), I made an appointment at the local Supercuts for that morning. Everyone was required to wear a mask in the salon, and customers were asked to wait in their car until their appointment. My hair was past my shoulders wanted to chop off about half and go fairly short, and Hannah(?) did a great job. She was very pleasant to chat with, and I'm satisfied with the service I received. It's worth noting that I'm not too picky about my hair, and pretty much every cut I get comes out different. For $22 plus tip (just the cut, no shampoo or blow dry or other services), I feel great. APRIL WAS HER NAME: 1st hair cut in 14 years. afraid they'd take too much but, she did not. extremely curly, long, and thinner these days, told APRIL: want it trimmed "ALL OVER". to take sections of every part of my hair because varying lengths, APRIL said "i'm your girl", skeptical, i restated needs. , 7 minutes, trimmed just tips at bottom. asked if she took enough, repeated to trim all over. asked her AGAIN: trim ALL OVER, she stated i didn't need it... after cut, hair tangled less at tips, but everywhere else tangled (unchanged). she lied, only thing that was worth anything was her reminding me that when you stimulate the scalp, it helps growth. i was so disappointed, i wanted an all over trim... could have done in maybe 10 minutes at home what i paid $20 for... bad experience. they do sell paul mittchell read more

I went there recently to get highlights in my hair (a balayage) which is a very simple hair dye. First off the hairdresser didn't know what a balayage was, and was not comfortable dying my hair, so she kept having go an ask the other hairdressers what to do... I had to keep asking her what she was doing to my hair because she wouldn't talk unless I talked to her. She started putting in the dye and I asked h r what color she used, well instead of a balayage I was ended up with a bleached head!! Now my hair is completely dead I had to buy all these hair products to help my hair from breaking. The total for that day was $138. I went back the next day and told the hairdresser to fix it and she charged me again for another dye!! Which was $65! read more

Had to go in with sister in law after chyloe horribly cut her hair and they fixed it for free after asking about refund policies the manager Dacia talked down to me. The haircut was not what she wanted she was more involved with her phone I feel a refund for the haircut should have been made, instead she gets a free cut only to use there (with an expiration date) crysta awesome worker there fixed her hair as best she could talked her through everything and wanted to work with her. The free haircut appointment is being made with crysta and crysta only. The manager Dacia was rude (at first) but after getting her name and the store owners name and number she was acting a lot nicer. I didn't personally meet with the stylist mentioned about but the manager and other worker agreed that she has ruined other people's hair. But unfortunately the store owner absolutely loves her as a friend so I'm sure nothing will come of this. So if you go to super cuts in Gardner mass make sure you see crysta. read more

I went in to get the simplest haircut ever. A buzz cut with #2 attachment. It was the worst haircut I have ever received. There are many spots that were clearly missed and not one edge is straight. Do not recommend this place to anyone. read more
