Great service and friendly people to cut your hair, so what more could you ask for. Good music and atmosphere overall, I will definitely be coming back! read more

Bad experience. My 16 yr old daughter wanted a "wolf" cut. She ended up with a shave in the back and short hair. She cried. She said the stylist never looked at the picture she had. Stylist said "she told me to use clippers in the back" multiple times. Then she said she didn't charge for the blow dry, as if that made it better. Cut was totally uneven in the back, and she left the sides long, looking like sideburns. She didn't "fade" into the shaved part, so it looked like a bowl haircut with a choppy shave on the neck, up to the ears. Never even apologized and seemed annoyed, which I thought was rude. She took no responsibility at all. My daughter should have stopped her, or asked me for help, and that's on her, but she was intimidated because she didn't want to seem rude. However, the stylist should have communicated better and listened. read more

Pretty good. I stopped going to another place and tried here. I've been satisfied with the styling. Only negative thing was they say no soliciting but someone's daughter was there selling girl scout cookies. read more

I showed the stylist a photo of what my grandson wanted.,a long men's cutthe bangs being longer than his brow. She cut it so short his entire forehead shows. Then said well it will grow out fast. School starts in 2 weeks NO WAY will it grow out in time to be presentable. I am embarrassed for him to start school with that short mop she created. NO STARS AND NO MORE MONEY TIME OR ENERGY WASTED THERE. mind you this kid has been putting off getting a haircut because be he knew they'd make things worse but finally agreed and he chose supercuts. BIG MISTAKE U SHOULDNT HAVE EVEN PAID FOR. NEVET AGAIN AND I WILL TELL A FRIEND WHO WILL TELL A FRIEND AND SO ON read more

So... if you are anything like me and it takes forever to find the haircut you are in love with. Take multiple screenshots. Ask friends for advice. Finally get up the courage to go and get your hair that you have been growing for a long time cut off. You are actually excited for a new improved look. And you go to a place you have gone before. Feel safe there. And they completely BUTCHER your hair. To have the person cutting it say "I got you girl." Over and over. And after the first few minutes you known its already too late. She has cut it however she wanted. CHOPPED all your hair off- and you can't glue it back on. And continues to cut it shorter and shorter. When you say, wait it's supposed to be longer in the front. And she says well to do that I have to cut it shorter. What in the honest fuck? To pay for a service and have it look nothing like you wanted. NOT EVEN CLOSE! To go to your car and cry. To feel like you want to shave your head because you hate it that much. To feel violated from a haircut. And message the manager of the salon to have them say "I appreciate you letting me know", but not doing anything about it. If I'm a cook and I don't make your food right, I make it right somehow. As a restaurant manager they would comp your meal or something. The cook would get reprimanded. There is no do over with hair. It has to grow back. I paid for a service that was not rendered. And this person destroyed my hair. I AM FURIOUS!!!. Sick to my stomach. ANGRY. And honestly feel violated. To have someone blatantly disregard what you want and destroy something you have to live with day in and day out makes me sick. My hair as most of you know is a part of my signature look. Whether black, blue, Green, purple. It's mine. It's a major part of my self esteem and a major part of my self worth. To say to this person. I DON'T want a Bob. I DON'T want it shorter than my collar. And I don't want a "KAREN" haircut and... it's just below my ears. Shorter Bob. NO layers NO longer in front. NONE of it. And she just kept saying " I got you girl. ". NO BITCH YOU DON'T! I don't ever feel like I will get it cut again. I will literally wear a Bun for the rest of my life IF it grows back. Or hats for the entire summer. The back was to my bra strap almost and the front/sides when curly was below my shoulders. When straightened was even longer. Oh and did I mention she shaved the back of my neck all uneven too? What a joke. I'm so angry. I would actually recommend people to go there. NEVER AGAIN! The blatant disregard for0 someone that is paying you for a service and doing whatever you want is not ok. Now I get to hate my hair for the next year or however long it takes to grow back. I literally do not want to leave my house because I am embarrassed by this fucked up haircut. And I can't go somewhere else to get it "fixed" because it would just end up even shorter. SIDENOTE... IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO A CUT OR KNOW YOU AREN'T GOOD AT IT DO NOT ATTEMPT. IF YOU THINK IT'S NOT ABLE TO BE DONE SAY SOMETHING. ANYTHING AT ALL. BUT DO NOT CUT IT THE WAY YOU WANT TO. YOU ARE RUINING SOMEONE'S SELF ESTEEM. AND THEIR LIVELIHOOD. SMGDH... -10 (negative 10) stars. DO NOT RECOMMEND Supercuts DO BETTER. read more

Tammy and the other stylists are all great to work with. Easy to make appointments and great haircuts. Really like the hot towels!

They are amazing and honestly a hidden gem of Erie. After my stylist of a decade decided to move away, I was on the hunt for a new salon. A high school friend recommended Charisma's and they have done phenomenal. They listen, the prices are great and the end result is even better! I've been a steady client since 2019 :) read more

I thought I found a gem in Stella - went back to her 4 or 5 times in the past year and got same short, curly cut. The haircuts are so cheap and I was so pleased I usually tip $10 for a $20 cut to show my appreciation - quick appointments! Oddly, each time it was like meeting Stella for the first time - she never seemed to recognize or remember me, even after marking my card each time. Yesterday I went back for a trim and she shaved the back and sides of my head like a GI in basic training. Now I'll have to explain for the next six weeks that I'm not getting chemo, not starting a punk rock band, and not going into military - just a REALLY BAAAAAAD HAIRCUT. Stella, if you're having a bad time, maybe consider calling a crisis center or having doc change your meds instead of taking it out on a loyal customer. See you.... NEVER AGAIN. read more

Erica does an amazing job on the whole family! Always in love with our do's! Today, we walked in to see a woman who is notorious in our town for being a terrible human being, doing what she does best, complaining to try to get free stuff. Julia handled the situation with so much professionalism and class. For that, I am so grateful as I had my 3 small children with me, and could certainly see the situation going bad. Julia continued to stay calm, and I can not give her enough credit for her composure. Thank you lovely lady's for making a great experience as always. read more

Wanted to try new place for my 6yr old son. Liked the online reservation so that there was no wait. Didnt like that within 1min of my son being in chair the hairstylist cuts my sons ear (by accident with clippers) then ask if he had a prior injury, to make it seem like she didnt do it. When in fact it was a fresh slice from clippers she was using, because fresh blood was on them. Fail#1 She didnt admit her mistake. Fail #2! Then she didnt even do a half decent job cutting the rest of his hair Fail #3. Ended up fixing it at home. Dont waste your time or $$$ on a place that hires all rookies!! read more

I went to Supercuts for the first time yesterday. I was a bit concerned because it is a 'walk-in' establishment. I have to say, I was extremely impressed. The salon was immaculate, great product selection, and an attentive staff. My stylist, Kelsey, did an excellent consultation ensuring she know exactly what I wanted. I had a few questions for her and she answered them professionally! Very pleased! read more
