Positives the guy did have a smile, as advertised. negatives most of the cleaning jobs I wanted doing weren't done, they just happend to be the most important ones and the ones i really did not want to have to do myself. the mopping wasnt done in the kitchen which he said he would do, the tv cabinet wasnt wiped, the windows werent wiped. the thing that made me most mad was ALL the furniture he had moved he did not put back :-s why would you remove EVERYTHING from under my bed then leave it lying around?! and my kitchen table was left miles away from its original place. Also he tried to use the same cloth all over the house, I stepped in when he began wiping my fridge with it when 10 mins ago he had been wiping around the toilet :(

I have a 3 storey 5 bed house with 2 bathrooms and a toilet downstairs so when they said they were done after 1 hr 20 mins I was slightly dubious but as I had a screaming infant waiting to be fed I didn't have time to inspect the entire house. I do have 2 hairy dogs so there is dog hair in the hallway and kitchen but my dogs do not get free reign of my house so it is only in these places. So when checking later I didn't bother with the dog hair I could see but I did however dislike that my furniture had been hoovered around, the mats in my kitchen had been mopped around instead of moved and my kitchen units still had drips from loading the dishwasher that morning. In my bedroom there was a dirty cloth on my chest of drawers and my shelves had not even been touched as I could see the dust hadn't been disturbed. The dusting was pretty poor through out. Very little attention to detail and no pride in their work was the impression I got. Nothing had been pulled out as promised and all together a lazy excuse for a "full house clean". On calling I was told that it would be redone but then a follow up call a few hours later explained that they were concentrating in the dog hairs and that's why they had half arsed the remainder of my house. That's all good and well but I do not know of anyone that could clean an entire house of this size within that time period to a standard they claimed it would be. I will not be recommending to anyone and I will NEVER use again as I am left feeling upset and embarrassed by their attitude and behaviour and if I had paid the full £210 that it should have cost there would have been fireworks. I used this company last weekend while my family and I went on a short break. The man I arranged…read morethis with by email was keen to ensure I would leave the cash for them in the house. No wonder really, as when I returned, there is no way they would have received payment for the 'high intense deep clean' they had supposedly done. Muddy shoe prints on the kitchen floor, and when I immediately swept, it became clear that it had been 'washed' without vaccumming or sweeping first. There were still grains of rice from our tea the night before we left, and muck and grit that had been traipsed in on dirty shoes. The units had not be cleaned at all, nor the window sill, or any of the windows in my home. They still had my 4 year old's finger prints all over them. Great care had been taken to move things around seemingly in a bid to prove how thorough they had been, yet the dust on my bedside cabinet tells a different story. The bathroom had been done, although not to the standard I would do it on a weekly basis. Some of the skirtings had been done, maybe around 50% of them. I'm quite disgusted they had the cheek to take my money given the standard of 'work'. Never again will my head be turned by cheap prices. APPALLING.
