I used this company last weekend while my family and I went on a short break. The man I arranged this with by email was keen to ensure I would leave the cash for them in the house. No wonder really, as when I returned, there is no way they would have received payment for the 'high intense deep clean' they had supposedly done. Muddy shoe prints on the kitchen floor, and when I immediately swept, it became clear that it had been 'washed' without vaccumming or sweeping first. There were still grains of rice from our tea the night before we left, and muck and grit that had been traipsed in on dirty shoes. The units had not be cleaned at all, nor the window sill, or any of the windows in my home. They still had my 4 year old's finger prints all over them. Great care had been taken to move things around seemingly in a bid to prove how thorough they had been, yet the dust on my bedside cabinet tells a different story. The bathroom had been done, although not to the standard I would do it on a weekly basis. Some of the skirtings had been done, maybe around 50% of them. I'm quite disgusted they had the cheek to take my money given the standard of 'work'. Never again will my head be turned by cheap prices. APPALLING. read more
