AAA finally allowed my mom to clear the hurdles to have a tow truck assigned to pick us up--- but we got very lucky with Jason. Not only did he welcome our two meows along with us as ride alongs, he practically lifted my chubby self in and out of the high-set truck. (I popped my floating vertebrae a few days ago getting boxes down the stairs to the car.) We got him again today for the tow to service. He was sweet as pie again. Now, let's start with my reason for this review. -Customer Service What customer service? They were rude the moment I walked in the door and don't get me started on how crappy the owner was to me. The lady working there was even worse. She had an attitude problem just like the men that worked there. I didn't have $7.50 to pay them so they went ahead and did it anyway then they had the nerve to tell me I still owed them even though they said don't worry about it. Their words. So what does the owner do? "Just get out of here!!!" just as rude as possible. -Fixing the Car Oh, they got it fixed alright. After that they tried to break it by forcing the speedometer to a thousand miles an hour. I don't give a crap who you think you are, you respect another person's car or how about I do that same thing to yours? Only thing is, I hope I wreck it. Force you to get a new vehicle. See how that works for you. -Payment I'm sorry but you've already accepted the fact that I didn't have the $7.50 and you went ahead and fixed my vehicle, I shouldn't have to worry about the measly $7.50 I owe. Maybe instead of telling people one thing and doing another, try keeping your word. It's what people should live by and if you can't do that, then you deserve to be shut down. All these problems and this place belongs to NAPA believe it or not. NAPA, if I were you, I'd find someone else to run this business or your going to lose customers very fast. All in all I will not recommend this place until they get their attitudes adjusted so if anyone breaks down here in Fort Morgan, good luck because you're going to need it. They don't care about anyone or their property and I think its high time someone shows them just what respect is. He was ready and available to meet me at my destination within 30 minutes, I was the one that had to set the appointment for later in the day, we set the appointment for 3 pm. The most on time tow company I have ever worked with, showed up at 3 on the dot! The car was in a garage with a flat tire, he aired the tire up for me and helped push it out the garage! He made sure to take extra care of the driveway, car and all on both pick up and drop off of the car. The entire drive to the destination you could see him continually checking the car to make sure everything was correct and wouldn't damage the car. There was a 15 mile drive to the destination (30 mins) and the whole process took an hour including the drive. He works fast but incredibly safe!! I couldn't recommend this company more!!!!
