So I have been washing here for over a year now so I can give you the review you probably want to read. First off, there is always someone there attending the place. It is never unsupervised like many other laundromats. Second, it is clean and they are always cleaning the machines both inside and out. Third, ambience is great! Very friendly for your kids and the location is pretty safe. You won't see transients or homeless people abusing it here because the owner makes sure it's secure. Fourth, they have fluff and fold service. It's very good! The washers range from $3.00 to $7.50 (eight load washers which is great for a few rugs and blankets). Everything looks new & nice but you can tell there isn't someone regularly here cleaning the machines. My mom came in about a week ago & told me to be careful because some of the machines had dog hair. This is my first time here, 4 of the machines i tried to use had dog hair in it. I wanted to start off by saying this is not the first time that I have came to this wash, I would say for the most part the wash is really good but I came tonight and the 6 load washer which is the biggest washer that they have, broke down on me and mind you I used two 6 load washers and one of them broke down and the other didn't. I spoke to Lupe and let her know that the wash broke down and she then told me that it broke down due to myself using to much soap which didn't make sense because I used the same amount of soap for both of the 6 load washers ? Which I proceeded to let her know but she just said the same thing so I didn't have the time to argue so I ended up paying 5$ more on top of the 14$ I already spent. The attendant was cleaning and greeted us as soon as we walked in I asked her where her largest machines were and she walked me over to where they were. This is one of the cleanest laundromats in the area. Also, they have a number of extra large washers for comforters. I have a comforter that's just a little too large for my washer. (no it's a lot too large) . I have my own washer and dryer and not really a fan of public stuff. I've felt comfortable going here at super coin wash, and the lady was very helpful and friendly. This is the most pristinely clean laundry business I've ever been to. The machines they have are top notch! Two whole walls of double-stacked dryers, a wall of large washing machines and two whole rows of small to medium washers. On top of that their customer service is amazing. All of their employees are extremely helpful and the fluff and fold is a huge bonus. If you're in a rush just drop your laundry off and they'll wash and fold or hang your clothes for you! As other raters have commented, this facility is very clean. There is an attendant on site (Maria) and she is extremely pleasant, helpful, and friendly. We noticed she wiped down each machine after the customer finished using it. This was our first time using this facility and we were very pleased with the results. There are plenty of washers (some larger than others) and dryers. The washer we used cycled for just 25 minutes for $3.00. The dryers run 8 minutes for $.25. There is a soap and fabric softener vending machine so you can purchase products. The facility is in a strip mall and there are plenty of parking spaces available.
