It isn't like the typical menu with 8-, 10-, 12-, or 15-piece order of assorted sushi pieces. It is more similar to an American sushi restaurant. Of course, there seems to be some Korean influence, and part of the menu (labeled "East Asia") is noodles, or bi bim bap (korean for fried rice or mixed rice i think). The other part of the menu of course is sashimi, sushi, and rolls. If you're American (like me), I would definitely recommend this place, because it is more like what we are used to back home. And we can be more picky with the rolls we get. As one of the other reviews mentioned, there are two menus. One is geared toward locals, the other is a Chinese menu (now with a translation). The restaurant called the day before and asked about any allergies to consider while setting our menu. I believe that this restaurant serves the best sushi in Sweden and most certainly the best sushi in Göteborg. I can not understand why this restaurant has not been awarded a star in Guide Michelin.
